• MELISA (6/5): poor - -the location is great, next to the airport and the port -cleanless I don’t know how the other rooms were, but ours was located right next to the WC. Unfortunately, there was a constant unpleasant smell and because the sound insulation is almost nonexistent, you could hear everything whenever someone used the toilet. I understand that this is a prefabricated house, but in that case, this area probably shouldn’t be used as a guest room. Another issue was the pillows .they were extremely small and uncomfortable. We asked for a second pillow, but none was provided, and we were advised to take one from the common area instead. I understand this is a budget accommodation, but basic sleeping comfort should still be guaranteed. Proper pillows are inexpensive, there is ikea nor far from the house, they can buy new ones at 5-6 eur and would make a big difference for guests. There are also many dogs in the surrounding area, and because of the poor insulation, the barking can be heard very clearly during the night. However, this part was somewhat expected since we already knew the accommodation was a prefabricated house.

• Margaret (9/5): Great find!!! - The highlight for us was the helpful owner whose communication was excellent ... as well as helping us out when our arrival flight was late and when leaving as there were transport strikes that day affecting the buses. The cabin is accessible by public bus from the airport. We weren't sure what to expect with the camping cabin in particular who we would be sharing with but we were delighted with the 2 other room occupants. We had the budget double with bunk beds which meant there was a desk and chair with room to move around. All the rooms have a wardrobe. The water was hot. Gas cooker worked well. Coffee and sugar in the cupboard (we forgot to bring our own). Our plan was to spend the day at the beach in the sun but the weather wasn't great. This place is good value for money The only thing we didn't like was the weather as we didn't get a chance to enjoy the outdoor seating and beach!!

• Zanna Sukses (5/5): - It was close to the airport bus station. The host is communicative and really helpful. I could check in earlier before the check in time. The room is really small. The road from main road to the property was really bad, white soil and small rocks. If you only have bags, that's fiine but with suitcases will struggle. When I arrived, the heater didn't work but the host came and tried to fix it.

• Jana (10/5): - Hezké místo, blízko pláže, na zahrádce příjemné posezení. Do Athén dobré spojení busem, který staví nedaleko u skvělé pekárny. Pan majitel velmi ochotný. Pokojíčky jsou malinké a stěny tenké, hosté musí být trochu opatrní, aby nehlučeli, případně jsou k dispozici špunty do uší. Atmosféra taková domácí, jako na chatě u kamarádů. :)

• Josh (7/5): - I booked this location for two days and drove over an hour from the city. Unfortunately, after arriving I waited a long time for the owner to reply. After more than two hours with no response, I had to book another place. Because of the lack of communication, I can’t recommend this stay. Better responsiveness would really help future guests.

• Chiara (10/5): Very convenient for night layovers (and a stop at the beach, if you have the time) - The host is super responsive, helpful and welcoming and he gave me a ride to the airport (which is very close) for an affordable fee. The bathroom and the room were very clean. I'd love to come again to visit the nearby beach.

• Nekita (8/5): Solar system power - De eigenaar is altijd bereikbaar en zorgt ook voor het aanwezig kunnen zijn met een grote glimlach wanneer er hulp nodig is. Het samen denkend en oplossen zoals de bed matras welke in de voorgaande kamer verblijf aanwezig was zorgde voor een betere nachtrust voor mijn lichaam. Solar system viel dagelijks meerdere malen uit met het minimaal opladen waardoor er lange tijden op vele dagen en nachten geen stroom, warmte of internet aanwezig is geweest. Gelukkig bleef er warm water stromen en functioneerde de gasfornuis wel. Aantal dagen voor vertrek is er een heater verzorgd op gas voor het behouden van de warmte gedurende de dag en vervolgd er verdere stappen voor de solar system na vertrek. De ruimte in voorgaande kamer welke ik verbleef in november was veel aangenamer zowel ruimtelijk voor mijn koffers welke nu alleen op de 2e bed gelegen kon worden en de andere kamer wel een stevige stapelbed voor mijn lichaam had. Bovenstaande ga ik zeker onthouden voor een volgende keer verblijf wanneer de solar system volledig top functioneert :). In november was het geweldig en december helaas technisch verblijf niet optimaal :(.

• Paulina (10/5): - Domek campingowy w cieniu ogromnych pinii na obrzeżach Artemidy, 15 minut autem od ateńskiego lotniska, co sprawia, że jest to doskonałe miejsce na nocleg przed wylotem ze stolicy Grecji, ale nie tylko. Możliwość zameldowania podróżujących ze zwierzętami. Bardzo spokojna i bezpieczna okolica. Nieopodal piękna, duża publiczna plaża, kluby kite- i windsurfingowe, sklep spożywczy, piekarnia, tawerny z greckim jedzeniem - dużo tańszym i o niebo lepszym niż w samych Atenach. Największym atutem tego miejsca jest jednak gospodarz! Yiannis to niesamowity człowiek, który zaraża wszystkich wokół swoją pozytywną energią! Bardzo dba o czystość w domku i spełnia wszystkie zachcianki gości. Natychmiast odczytuje wiadomości w komunikatorze. Za niewielką opłatą odbierze cię lub dostarczy na lotnisko swoim vanem. Kawa na tarasie z Yiannim to czysta przyjemność! Jest internet, rower do dyspozycji, gdybyś zechciał ptasiego mleka, jestem pewien, że w ciągu 24 godzin gospodarz by ci je dostarczył. Cena noclegu bardzo niska. Rewelacja! W Ioannis Solar Villa czułem się lepiej zaopiekowany niż John Wick w Continentalu. Spędziłem tu niesamowity czas i odwiedzę to miejsce powtórnie najszybciej jak będzie to tylko możliwe. Naprawdę szczerze polecam! Trzeba było wrócić.

Цена очень маленькая.( но не просто так как выяснилось).близко к аэропорту.было чисто в домике. Есть общий холодильник на всех. ОЧЕНЬ ВАЖНО ПИШУ ДЛЯ ВСЕХ БОЛЬШИМИ БУКВАМИ . Я тоже смотрю на отзывы а этого не заметил. 1.ИНТНЕРНЕТА НЕТ !!!!!!!!!!!! а нам он был супер необходим это сегодня как вода. Хотя может и не для всех. Не понравилось то что хозяин сказал что он в процессе сделать. И не предложил какого нибудь возврата . Процесс установки интернета занимает часа 2 . Отсюда вывод интернета и не будет. Жаль за такой ответ. Мы уехали через пол часа после заезда и нашли другую квартиру с интернетом 2.номер указан 7 метров. ОЧЕНЬ СОМНЕВАЮСЬ. Максимум 5 метров. Скажем по другому стоит кровать явно не king size . А от кровати вокруг есть 30 сантиметров площади. Заходить боком. Или со входа сразу в кровать.чемодан и сумки поствить негде .можно только положить их в кровать. Двери тоже не для больших людей. 3. Постельное белье и полотенца уже желтого цвета . Ну не приятно смотреть даже. Правда. Хотя они были чистыми. Правда пишу отзыв без обид. Как есть. 4. Ванная и туалет ОБЩИЕ ВМЕСТЕ С ДРУГИМИ СОСЕДЯМИ 5. СТЕНЫ МЕЖДУ КОМНАТАМИ . МАТЕРИАЛ НЕ ЗНАЮ НО НЕ КАМЕНЬ. ИЛИ КАРТОН ИЛИ ГИПС ИЛИ ФАНЕРА НО ЧТОТО ОЧЕНЬ ТОНКОЕ. Вывод за маленькие деньги людям без притензий может подойти.

Szczodrze dzielił się sobą, a mi osobiście przypomina greka Zorbę. Miejsce ciche i przyjazne, blisko plaża i świetne restauracje. Miejsce dla tych, którzy lubią ludzi, gdyż przestrzeń jest dzielona co daje okazję do poznania nowych ludzi. Podobała mi się energia miejsca !

Mereu cu zâmbet și cu o bună dispoziție contagioasă. Ca Anthony Quinn în Zorba grecul Camera e mica. Sigur că nu I de 10. Nota reflecta calitate/preț. Pretențioșii sa se abțină.

• Joy (10/5): Great value for price. Great place. Great Host! - Loved the friendly helpful Host from airport pickup to airport dropoff (for an additional/reasonanle fee) and everything in between. Loved the property/garden/outdoor spaces. Loved that it was sparkly clean! Loved that it was 10 minute easy walk to the beautiful beach. 5 minute easy walk to Grocery Shop & Bakery. I was blessed that the other guests staying in the other 2 rooms were amazing. Huge bonus! It is a mobile home so walls are thin, bring earplugs if noise bothers you. You will hear the other guests even if they are quiet.

• Monika (6/5): - Nun der Besitzer hat mich abgeholt und auch zum Flughafen gebracht. Das war wirklich sehr wichtig für mich. Ich dachte zuerst das man es dort für sich hat und es nicht mit anderen teilen muss. Es gibt 3 Schlafräume, alle werden unterschiedlich vermietet. Auch der Strand ist etwa 1 km weit weg, die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, und der Weg nicht ausgebaut.

• Konstantin (10/5): Great place with friendly host - Yiannis is wonderful host, very friendly, kind and hospitable. The price is affordable and worth it. The property was very clean and had all facilities that needed. It’s located in very chill and beautiful location, we were sad that we had only one night there. There is no built-in Wi-Fi, but Yiannis kindly shared his connection with us, so it wasn’t a problem. The rooms are a bit small, but still comfortable. The bed is a little firm, but I personally found it fine.

Très gentil, adorable, fais attention au moindre détail. Réponds toujours par oui pour un service ou quelque chose d’autre. Rien à dire ! Je le recommande fortement. Sinon, pour le logement, c’est bien. C’est quelque chose de simple. Histoire de passer une nuit ou deux près de l’aéroport et de la mer. Il faut s’attendre à plus ! Tout était nickel !

He is doing his absolute best to give a great and authentic Greek experience. The house itself is also gorgeous with a beautiful yard with hammocks and everything is very clean. • Rafat (10/5): Exceptional - The property is very lovely and the area is very calm and close to the airport. The property owner and his wife were very friendly and kind. We arrived in Athens later than anticipated, but still the owner and his wife were very understanding and offered to pick us up from the airport for a much lower price than any taxi in the region. On the way they also took us to grab some dinner and even paid for our drinks! :) we were alone in the house so it was very comfortable. The beach is very close and there’s a bakery, supermarket and a coffee shop nearby. The owner also took us to the airport on our last day in Athens and helped us grab some lunch. I was very satisfied with my stay at their house and hopefully it won’t be my last time :) The only downside was the lack of Wi-Fi and that there weren’t enough power plugs to charge our devices.
