Shibuya/Harajuku/Shinjuku - Don Quijote nearby - As small as it gets, tho it has most of the basic amenities. Also not as new/clean as depicted in photos. - The room I stayed in had no hangers in the room - and no hooks to hang anything to even if you have hangers, makes the stay rather troublesome. - Rather expensive, there are cheaper options elsewhere and better areas than Gotunda (only chose this area due to work related reasons)

- Sidney (5/5): Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel - Je suis désolé mais cet hôtel est l'un des plus mauvais dans lequel je ne suis jamais allé. Ne connaissant pas le quartier autour de la gare de Gotanda nous avons pris cet hôtel car pas très cher et bien situé au niveau des transports mais nous avons été surpris de la mauvaise façon de voir que la gare est entourée de bars à hôtesses et autres love hotel avec des rabatteurs et des femmes à pancarte et tarif affiché qui vous attendent dans les rues ainsi j'ai fait confiance à Booking car ce n'était indiqué nulle part mais j'aurai dû me fier aux commentaires... Certes ce n'était pas cher mais même uns des love hotel du coin pour le même prix à la nuitée aurait sûrement été mieux en terme de qualité de service, la chambre est tellement petite elle ne convient pas pour deux personnes en particulier le lit qui est vraiment trop petit pour tenir à deux correctement dedans, comparé aux photos la douche qu'on a eu était la même que celle d'une caravane, minuscule avec des murs jaunies par la cigarette que les gens fument certainement dans la ventilation car même si c'est interdit on sent très bien l'odeur du tabac dans le couloir de l'étage à n'importe quel moment de la journée. Aussi on avait l'impression que le sol allait s'effondrer à tout moment, les toilettes sont classique et non haute technologie comme on peut en voir à peu près partout au Japon alors qu'ils sont gratuits, salle de bain qui se ferme avec une porte en plastique qui laisse tout passer au travers (l'humidité, les sons et les odeurs) Aussi je ne comprends pas l'existence d'une plaque de cuisson s'il est indiqué qu'on ne peut pas s'en servir pour cuisiner, il vaudrait mieux la détruire pour y construire une véritable salle de bain correcte pour chaque chambre et déplacer le mini frigo à côté du bureau selon moi.

- Peter (8/5): Very nice hotel for couple of nights - Well, very nice hotel. The room is very small, but you have over there everything you need to survive. Double bed, TV, AC, Toilet, shower, kitchen with stowe, fridge and extra sink. As I said for couple nights is very nice hotel to stay and it's close to Gotanda subway station. The disadvantages are definitely check in strictly from 16;00 pm and check out strictly 11:00 am. The times shouldn't be big deal, but the problem is NO luggage storage at all. We luckily found coin lockers on Gotanda station, but they can fill quickly especially the big ones. The biggest are 700YEN, medium or carry on are 500YEN and small one 300YEN. We used 1 big one for our two carry on lugagges for 700YEN. Make sure you have coins, noone give you change and you need only 100YEN coins, so for big coin locker you would need 7 x 100 coins.

- Crystal (2/5): would not recommend - 5 minute walk to gotanda station and 11am checkout room extremely small for 2 people, particularly the bathroom which left no room to move around in. grime in the bathroom and sink area. had to wait 10 minutes for shower water to heat up. no cleaning offered for 5 nights of stay, a sign advised our towels would be changed if staying more than 3 nights however no one changed our towels, we had to ask the staff on night 4 for new towels. the property had a no smoking policy however the corridor always often smelt strongly like cigarettes, had to turn on odor control on our aircon as we could smell it even in our room. bed was advertised as a double however it was king single size at best. in a dodgy area surrounded by lots of suspicious clubs and bars, did not feel safe walking to the hotel at night. right next to a loud construction site which woke us up every morning.

Concernant le personnel, j’ai trouvé l’accueil agréable et le service satisfaisant. Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la nuit, mais une erreur de chambre et de code d’accès a compliqué notre arrivée. Impossible de joindre le personnel, et nous avons attendu près d’1h30 devant la réception. Malheureusement, le même problème s’est reproduit au départ, ce qui nous a fait manquer notre train.

- 郭中翔 (9/5): - 2026/3月入住，櫃台小姐人很嗨，語言不通但她很多音效，很有趣，印象深刻。 早上和晚上沒有櫃台人員，自助按平板退房。 附近有很多超商和一間唐吉。 房間是密碼鎖，很讚。 大樓應該算有年紀了， 地鐵經過時房間會有晃動。 沒有微波爐。 地板和浴缸看起來不算太乾淨， 不過應該是乾淨的， 可以接受的範圍，很棒了。 地下室有投幣式洗衣機，300¥一次。 晚上路上會變紅燈，揮揮手直接走過去就可以， 治安沒問題。

- Karan (10/5): Great place to stay with all the comfort within the room and all the amenities around. - The property is very well located within 5 mins walk from Yamanote line which is very convenient to travel around Tokyo. The place is very clean, and organised and very well equipped with all the amenities. Bed is very comfortable and we had a very good sleep as it was silent and curtains are also dark. There are many eateries and convenience stores within 2-4 mins walk which makes it a good spot to stay in Tokyo. Nothing to dislike in the property. We were very satisfied with what we got at the price we paid. Just a heads up for people travelling with oversize luggage or themselves have large built, it maybe difficult for them as the room size is as per Tokyo standard, which is very small. The bed is day bed size 1.2 mtrs in width and narrow walking space along it. This is common in Tokyo so not a complaint.

- Giuliana (2/5): Extremely rude receptionist - Kitchenette use prohibited - We booked this hotel since the ad specified it had a kitchenette, however when we arrived we found that it is strictly prohibited to use it. The room is very small and uncomfortable as you don't have much space to place your luggage (we traveled light with one carry on and one backpack each). The person at the reception desk was extremely rude in our 3 short interactions. They kicked us out of the lobby twice for no reason whatsoever. The first time, my partner went back to the room to get the umbrellas so I was waiting quietly and they just started yelling in Japanese to go outside even though it was raining and cold. The second time we were trying to translate a message for them to read regarding an inquiry we had about our room and they again tried to make us leave claiming it was a lobby and we couldn't wait there.

They tried to make it nice The building was very old and you could hear water running and other people opening and closing doors. Tiny and cramped bathroom had a mouldy smell. Hotel is located at the end of the red light district street, and I didn’t know.

- Nathan (3/5): Close to station but with a huge red flags - They gave 2 free waters and the bed was a semi double. 7 minutes to the station There was the previous persons toothbrush on the sink and there was a lot of dust and hair on the ground and bed. The frame(?) of the bath came off when I sat down on the toilet. The toilet/bath area is so narrow that I wouldn’t recommend for anyone over 175cms and 60kg It’s also right in the red light district surrounded by love hotels and girls bars

- 弘司 (7/5): 宿泊代を安くあげることができた！助かりました！ - 五反田駅まで徒歩5分という好立地でリーズナブルな料金が魅力だと思います。いわゆる一般的なビジネスホテルのような部屋ではなく、ワンルームのマンションをホテルに改装した感じの部屋です。 寝るには十分な大きさのベッドが備え付けられているため、本当に寝る場所を探している人にとっては最高のホテルだと思います。 お風呂が狭すぎる…。浸かることはできません。あくまでシャワーのみです。

Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Restaurants und Geschäften in der Nähe und die Bahnstation Gotanda ist in nur 5 min zu erreichen. Eine Straße weiter sind die Geschäfte "normal". In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel gibt es sehr viele Nachtclubs. Manchmal wird man auf dem Weg zum Hotel in der Nacht von Frauen angesprochen. Aber es genügt einmal kurz zu vermitteln, dass man nicht interessiert ist. Ich kann die Unterkunft als preislich günstige und günstig gelegene Unterkunft in Tokyo empfehlen.

Odanın küçük olduğunu bilerek tuttuğumdan ona yorum yapamıcam çünkü küçük yani baya :) tuvalette yıkama sistemi mevcuttu çok güzel bir deneyim yaşıyorsunuz :) en altta çamaşır yıkama ve kurutma makineleri var birazcık ücret karşılığında yıkıyorsunuz yağmura karşı şemsiyelerde mevcuttu. Çalışanlarda çok tatlıydı. kısaca biz memnun kaldık.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is ideal. 2 min walk from 7/11 and 5 min walk from train station to connecting trains to all popular locations. cannot fault this hotel. There is nothing :)

- Paul (8/5): Comfy hotel room near Gotanda station, unfortunate neighbourhood - The hotel is really near to the Gotanda station on the Yamanote line, which makes it convenient to visit Tokyo's famous districts (Akihabara, Ikebukuro etc) There is also a Donqujote nearby, which is a great way to discover Japanese culture as well. Also a yakiniku right next to the hotel, and some fast-food restaurants at the Gotanda station. The room is comfy, and comes with a boiler as well. The room is quite small - just a small corridor that leads to the double bed, and separates the bed from the desk. The street outside of the hotel is a bit shady, with a lot of hostesses club. We didn't run into a problem when coming back, but if you were alone it's possible you might be invited. There are no facilities to actually cook, so do take that in mind if that was something you wanted to do.

- Alexie (10/5): Bonne localisation et bon aménagement de la chambre - La chambre est petite MAIS l’aménagement donne l’impression qu’elle est plus grande et la rend pratique. Bien localisé !

- 裕美 (7/5): 五反田駅近で、お値段がお手頃な清潔感のあるお宿 - 五反田駅から徒歩5分で、2泊したのですが、価格がお手頃でした。部屋が広く、ベッドも快適でした。 建物は古いと思うのですが、リフォームされて、清潔感がありました。 チェックインは、フロント無人で、メールからやりました。少しわかりにくかったけれど、何とかできました。 繁華街近くで、呼び込みのお兄さんをすり抜けていくのは、抵抗がある人はいるかもしれません。金曜日の夜は、人数が多かったです。 近くのカラオケ店の歌声が漏れて響くので、イヤホンをして寝ました。 部屋に IH ミニキッチンがあるのですが、使用禁止でした。電子レンジがフロアかフロントにあるとよかったかな。
