• Andrew (10/5): Great stay! - Great location, comfortable rooms and beds, lots of space. It may benefit from a bit more cookware in the kitchen.
• Michael (9/5): Our family enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, quiet, clean, and spacious apartment. - Our family of 5 enjoyed having a large space to spread out in including a porch, 2 sitting areas, and plenty of comfortable beds. The location was near lots of restaurants and near the trolley stop. The place was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for basic meals. It was very quiet day and night. There wasn’t any place to store our clothes in the bedroom my husband and I stayed in.

• Manu (8/5): Overall great apartment for summer, for winter only if you are used to low temperatures - The location is great, good neighborhood, very spacious, fairly clean, rooms have high ceiling, functioning elevator, big closets, two bathrooms, complete kitchen. Etc What was not so good was the temperature. When we arrived there were inside 16 grad Celsius. Thermostat was set on 20 grade C. It rose till 18 late in the evening, we turned on the ac to be able to sleep, but that was noisy. The host was very responsive when I wrote to her the next day, we set the thermostat on max and it raised the temp to 20 something. The heating system was powering on somehow only in the evening, but during the day was really cold inside. During winter, it was cold, this was an inconvenient for us, I caught a cold. Also another inconvenient was that the water didn’t have too much pressure on one of the bathrooms

Wir waren 6 Leute alle in einer Wohnung. Nähe zur Akropolis und Zentrum super. Fussdistanz. Supermarkt und 24h Bäckerei in der Nähe. Gedeckte Parkplätze (Metro Sigrou) in der Nähe der Wohnung. 8.-/Tag Sehr hellhörig (beide Schlafzimmer Richtung Strasse mit sehr viel Verkehr und Anlieferung Supermarkt / Metzgerei jeden Tag ab 6:00 sehr laut, Lift im Haus in der Nacht sehr laut. Generell innerhalb der Wohnung Zimmer untereinander sehr laut) Ein Bad ist Renovationsbedürtig. Lift funktioniert nicht immer, wenn auf einem Geschoss die Tür nicht zu ist, dann kann es wie bei uns sein, dass Koffer über Treppe die ganzen 4 Geschosse getragen werden müssen. War sehr mühsam. Gegen ums Haus ist teilweise sehr runtergekommen.

Communications from the host were prompt. -Faucets need to be fixed ie: faucet continually leaks water in one bathroom and the other bathroom has no cold water (unless you want to shower only in a hot water). -some improvement in one bathroom requires -more cups available in the kitchen

We had so much space for our family and it was super clean. We loved the wrap around porch so you can be outside from anywhere. Also, the location was great. It was only a 15 min walk to the Parthenon and a 5-10 min walk to local restaurants, shops, and more. 3 min walk to a laundry mat and a 1 min walk to a supermarket. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

• Shriram (9/5): Highly recommended for families - Spacious, great location, clean, beautiful wrap-around balcony, well-light apt, well functioning air conditioning, working lifts, and bathrooms. The lift was a bit narrow, and so required a few trips up and down for luggage. The apartment is in a downslope - so requires caution for elderly folks. Check-in at 4 is a bit late but the landlord was gracious in letting us in at 1:30 since we had aging parents and small kids with us.
• Nicholls (8/5): A nice place to stay in Athens for a group - The apartment was clean and spacious, the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms were renovated and very nice. There was air conditioning that worked well. The elevator was helpful to get our luggage up to the apartment. There was a large balcony that wrapped all the way around the apartment.

Also: Marilou is very friendly and helpful, highly recommended! - Very good location: quiet to sleep, in the local's area, near metro station and very close (comfortable to walking only) to the most important in Athens: Acropolis and Plaka! Across the street is good supermarket. Room planning is very suitable for many people: each room separate, entrance from corridor. Clean and all the equipment is the place. Big, spacious balconies, in the corner of house to the 2 sides. Wifi worked very well, beds were very comfortable, pillows-blankets too soft (we don't wanted to get up :) and kitchen equipment new and worked perfectly.
