• Rachel (8/5): Quirky apartment in the Centre of Brussels, Excellent! - Excellent location, close to the Centre of Brussels. Plenty of room with a clever layout and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved the querkyness of it and the feeling of being in the hub of the city. The hosts were quick to answer at check in and kind getting the apartment ready early for us. We would have loved to have given top marks for everything the only thing that stopped us was that it is time for some of the walls to have a re-paint and tiles/boxing of pipes in the upstairs toilets, minor but this would allow top marks for all as we loved the apartment so much!

• Patricia (7/5): Muy bueno, pero cosas por mejorar - Amplio, con ascensor, cocina y baños amplios, bien ubicado, con supermercado al frente, buena calefacción, zona comercial y muy tranquilo La comunicación con el propietario fue muy complicada. Faltaba una hora para llegar y no sabía la dirección, pero Booking me solucionó el problema, y lamentablemente se debe informar qué no es apto para personas mayores,ni movilidad reducida, los dormitorios están abajo . Lamentablemente el baño del principal tenía mucho olor a desagüe, una lastima porqué era muy cómodo.

Ayant posé la question pendant la réservation, la réponse était oui accessible aux personnes handicapés. Pourquoi ? Pas de salle de bains !! Donc pas de douche 🚿 ni le soir ni le matin Une galère de plus .grrrrr.......

Con todas la facilidades disponibles: secador, cocina equipada, nevera, café de cortesía, TV enorme con Netflix y otros… El personal siempre atento, amable y resolviendo todas tus dudas; además de facilitar todo tipo de indicaciones.

• Catherine (9/5): Très agréable appartement pour découvrir Bruxelles. - L’appartement est vaste, lumineux, bien conçu et confortable. Il est très bien situé près des stations de métro et tram et très près du centre historique..On peut visiter les lieux touristiques importants aisément à pied. Il est aussi situé dans un quartier vivant avec commerces et restaurants et même une grande surface très proche pour faire ses courses. Ce serait judicieux de prévoir des stores plus occultants dans les chambres ( surtout en été). Nous aurions aimé trouver sur place un livret d’accueil avec des renseignements sur le fonctionnement des appareils Electro-ménagers, la télévision, les transports en commun, des conseils de restaurants proches….Heureusement Anna a été très réactive et disponible pour répondre à nos questions et résoudre nos problèmes.
