• Klaudia (10/5): - Genialne wyposażenie! W kuchni nie tylko niezbędne sprzęty,ale też podstawowe przyprawy,oliwa,kawa,herbata. Bardzo czysty i ładnie urządzony apartament. Łóżko i poduszki bardzo wygodne, w łazience suszarka i prostownica oraz żel pod prysznic i szampon. Lokalizacja blisko przystanku autobusowego,do metra około 10 minut. Sklepy i bary w pobliżu. Brak okien.

• Yevhen (8/5): Расположение и хозяин супер, но шумно - Очень приятный хозяин, который пошел на встречу с возможностью раннего заселения Большой холодильник, плита, посудомоечная машина и кофемашина с капсулами Очень тонкие стены, было слышно как говорят в соседнем номере, напротив школа, не удастся поспать долго. Нужно обязательно брать беруши для людей у которых чуткий сон. Немного продавлен в центре матрас, во время сна скатываешься в середину

• Delia (2/5): Schimmel hinter dem Bett, Hilfsbreiter Vermieter - Schimmel hinter dem Bett, wodurch wir unseren aufenthalt in der Unterkunft abbrechen mussten und umziehen. Der Vermieter war hilfsbereit und kooperativ für eine schnelle Lösung.
• Anna Lea (7/5): Gut für einen Städte-Trip, mit Luft nach oben. - Preis Leistung sowie Ausstattung des Apartments waren völlig ausreichend für einen Städte-Trip! Am Apartment selber ist also nichts auszusetzen. Leider war das Apartment super hellhörig, sodass man wirklich alles wahrgenommen hat (Dusche von oben, Autotür von draußen, etc.). Also nichts für Leute mit leichten Schlaf. Außerdem war der Abflussgeruch aus dem Badezimmer teilweise wirklich stark, ohne das man lüften konnte (das keine Fenster vorhanden sind war bekannt).

Appartamento piccolo ma carino e pulito come nelle foto e dotato di tutto il necessario : lenzuola, asciugamani,aria condizionata,tv phon,lavatrice,lavastoviglie,frigorifero. Comodo il check in autonomia. Posizione vicina alla fermata metro che permette di raggiungere il centro o il mare.zona tranquilla. Consigliato!!! Non ci sono finestre

• Pascal (9/5): Schöner Aufenthalt in Valencia - Zentral gelegen zwischen Bahnhof und Strand (jeweils ca. 30 Minuten Fußweg). Sehr gut ausgestattet, modern und schick. Wir durften sogar netterweise schon mittags um 12 Uhr einchecken. Das Schloss am Apartment funktioniert einwandfrei. Nette Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Teilweise starker Geruch aus dem Bad, was sich aufgrund fehlender Fenster kaum beheben ließ. Sehr hellhörig.

• Greta (7/5): Solide, saubere Unterkunft wenn man tief schläft - Sehr gut erreichbar mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, sehr bequemes Bett, sehr sauber (vor allem das Bad), nette Gegend, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, sehr nettes Personal Die Tür fühlte sich sehr unsicher an, einmal ging das elektronische Schloss erst nach mehreren Minuten auf, keine Möglichkeit zu Lüften (& starker Geruch nach billigen Raumerfrischern), sehr laute Geräusche durch Wasserleitungen und die Schule im Innenhof (jeden Morgen um 9 und 11 spielt von dort sehr laut Blasmusik)

• Krzysztof (8/5): - Bardzo dobrze wyposażony obiekt, na miejscu była płyta indukcyjna, zmywarka, lodówka, przybory kuchenne, przyprawy, ekspres do kawy z kapsułkami, żelazko, suszarka, kosmetyki do kąpieli. Ładnie i czysto, ładne nowe meble. Wejście do obiektu z użyciem aplikacji działało bez problemu. Brak otwieranego okna, wietrzenie możliwe przez drzwi albo z użyciem klimatyzacji.

• VICENTE (10/5): - Pequeño y coqueto apartamento, bastante nuevo, bien cuidado, limpio, con cafetera Nespresso, lavadora, plancha, lavavajillas, Smart TV con bastantes plataformas y canales digitales, en una zona tranquila con supermercado y parada de autobús muy cerca que te deja en el centro. Tiene de todo para la estancia: cápsulas de café, infusiones, condimentos, aceite, pastillas para el lavavajillas y la lavadora, productos de limpieza y el detalle de 2 bombones… Además el sistema de apertura y cierre de la puerta a través de una aplicación que resulta muy cómodo. Para mi gusto falta un microondas y un tostador. Y también una pequeña mesa delante del sofá para poder tomar un aperitivo o un café, mientras se ve la TV. Aunque no es un problema del apartamento, al estar en un bajo se escucha mucho ruido del piso de arriba de la alarma del móvil, de la ducha, pasos, corrimientos de muebles, descarga de la cisterna, etc, a partir de las 6:30 a las 8:30 aproximadamente que se deben ir a trabajar las personas de ese piso. También recomendar a los usuarios del apartamento de no aparcar en la plaza, porque aunque siempre hay vehículos aparcados de los vecinos de la zona, a los vehículos desconocidos los multa la policía, como me pasó a mi.
• Philippa (9/5): - The appartement has a clever use of space. It was comfortable, had everything we needed, and was really clean. It was a 40 minute walk to the Pl de Ajuntament and 30 minutes to the Oceanografic centre. Public transport was available nearby. We couldn't complete the online check-in initially, but we managed in the end. Edgar was available by messaging via booking.com. The ap for opening the door was a little off-putting. We didn't get locked out, but I think I prefer a key.

• Steffen (7/5): In Ordnung, wenn man weiß, worauf man sich einlässt. Das sollte transparenter beschrieben werden. - Die Innenstadtlage ist gut, wenn man zentral wohnen und schnell von A nach B kommen möchte. So richtig attraktiv ist die Lage für einen (vor allem längeren) Urlaub jedoch nicht. Für den Preis aber ziemlich in Ordnung. Um die Unterkunft betreten zu können, muss man sich eine App installieren und zahlreiche technische Anweisungen befolgen, was ein bisschen nervig und fremdbestimmend ist. Ein simpler Schlüssel im vorhandenen Kästchen hätte es eigentlich auch getan. Wenn sich die Tür schließlich öffnet, darf man mit Erstaunen feststellen, dass es sich bei der Örtlichkeit im Prinzip um eine ehemalige Garage handelt. Es gibt keine Fenster und keine Sicht nach draußen. In der benachbarten Einheit wurde bis 23 Uhr lautstark gewerkelt, vermutlich um eine weitere Unterkunft dieses Stils einzurichten. Erstaunlich war die schriftliche Aufforderung, kein Klopapier in die Toilette zu werfen sowie die Androhung, 60 Euro Reinigungsgebühr bezahlen zu müssen, sofern man die Örtlichkeit nicht so verlässt, wie man sie vorfindet. Im gleichen Absatz kam aber auch der Hinweis, dass die Zimmerreinigung inklusive ist (wie ja eigentlich auch üblich).

A limpeza estava bem feita e a qualidade geral dos equipamentos era muito boa. A localização era boa, com bons acessos perto, nomeadamente metro e autocarros. Pelo facto de estar numa zona de garagens, no rés-do-chão, havia algum barulho logo pela manhã e o metro era audível sempre que passava.

• Yauheni (10/5): Отличное жилье за свои деньги, фотографии полностью соответствуют действительности. Приятный владелец, который всегда го - Отличная квартира, которая выглядит в точности как на фото. Из главных плюсов могу отметить: + хорошее расположение (около получаса пешком как до пляжа, так и до исторического центра), в 3 минутах пешком магазин + понятные инструкции по поиску жилья и получению доступа к нему + хороший контакт с владельцем (когда неожиданно отключилось электричество, получили быструю помощь) + в квартире есть все необходимое и даже больше Из минусов можно отметить: - после долгого принятия душа слив в какой-то момент переставал справляться с количеством воды - однажды на час отключилось электричество (не по вине владельца, который быстро решил проблему) - из-за формата жилья немного долго сушилась одежда и полотенца Глобально все эти проблемы мелкие и почти не повлияли на впечатления от поездки, поэтому оценку не снижаем
