-Quiet hours after 11PM. Breach of quiet hours will result in a fee

-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs.
-A list of rules for waste management will be provided upon access. If this was not followed, a fee will be charged
-Standard Late Checkout Fee will be charged for approved late check-outs.
-If a guest provides short notice for a late check-out or if our cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed due to the guest's continued presence, a fee per hour will be incurred until departure, in addition to the cleaning fee.
-The refundable damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure, minus £3 admin fee, upon a successful property inspection.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Cosy apartment with balcony overlooking the river Leven. We had an issue with the key fob for entering the apartment block that didn’t work, but after messaging customer service line the cleaner came and gave us hers, just glad we hadn’t arrived in the evening after hours and we had to share the cutlery as was only one fork between two of us.

The apartment was well maintained, with a modern yet cosy feel throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine – all very handy. The smart TV added to the comfort of the stay. The apartment offered excellent value for money, especially with two bedrooms and two balconies, which gave plenty of space for a comfortable stay. It also had a lovely view over the river that was very peaceful to wake up to in the morning. Overall, a comfortable and well-presented apartment in a good location with various activities to do nearby such as, a visit to the motor museum or a boat ride around the lake. Initially, there was no WiFi available in the apartment, but this was quickly resolved as the team arranged WiFi access from an alternate unit, which we really appreciated. (Would advise to book the other flat also listed by Prim Short Stays with wifi included if essential for your trip)

Very quiet, beautiful landscape next to the river and the old ironworks. Only a minor thing but very short on cutlery, and no bottle opener. Front door fobs were a bit temperamental.
