• Fernando (5/5): Decent Spot near USC - I enjoyed the location and ease of checking into my room. Having access to the codes allows me to arrive at any moment. I liked having a private bathroom in my room as well. There was a lot of wear and tear all over the property and the shared area wasn't the cleanest due to other guests. Also other guests were very loud during the night.

• Jessica (3/5): Fine for short term stay, but wouldn't recommend otherwise. - For the price, you get what you pay for. It's a shared apartment with other people. I like the proximity of it to USC's campus. It was nice that each of the room's had a private bathroom. The staff were very responsive to questions in the app. Fine for a very short term stay. The kitchen and living room area was very nice and well decorated. The air circulation and filtration of the rooms is terrible so the entire place felt stuffy. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything around and above you and sound carries. There was a dog in a nearby property whose barking is very disruptive to my rest. Also, the sheets and blanket we were given were clearly dirty with lint or stains on it. Pillows are very non supportive and flat. The unit door would sometimes just be left open and other tenants would be smoking outside.

The place looks new, new furnitures, new building and it’s always very clean It’s not about the property but the neighborhood is crowded, it’s hard to get a parking spot. Regardless I always found one at night relatively close to the house
• Mark (3/5): Extremely underwhelming stay from what was advertised. Cleanliness needs to be massively improved. Bed linen and pillows - The location was relatively close to Hollywood and other main attractions. Nice desk provided in the room. Poorly maintained property. Greeted at the entrance by bins overflowing and young males smoking at the main entrance. The external door and entrance door to floor two were both open on arrival. The main communal areas (kitchen and living area) were filthy. There seemed to be long term residents living in the property who took over the communal areas. They did not give opportunity to use the kitchen or living areas. Other guests from upper and lower floors were using the communal areas as a meeting point. They were extremely loud at night which ran into the early hours of each morning. The floors in the room and bathroom were filthy. Bed linen was stained and the pillows were as flat as pancakes. The shower gel and shampoo had been watered down from a previous use. Only one towel each provided for both of us for a 7 day stay. Unable to control the AC directly from the private room.

• Jamal (5/5): It’s a really decent place when things are taken care of but the others guests sort of make it weird, here. - I like the location. The neighborhood is nice and it’s close to shops and transportation. The maintenance was pretty awful. Room wasn’t cleaned well. Bathroom was gross. Kitchen area was nasty and it was trash everywhere. The other guests are very entitled and rude. People cooking big dinners at 4am is disturbing. They steal food from the refrigerators.

Nadie recoge al utilizar la cocina. Siempre estaba sucio. Imposible aparcar alrededores. Habitación no estaba bien limpia al entrar.

• Sophie (8/5): Séjour assez agréable - D'avoir ma propre chambre et SDB privé était indispensable pour moi. Les équipements sont modernes et propres. Le personnel a été très efficace pour m'aider sur une demande urgente. J'ai eu 2 chambres différentes durant mon séjour et la première au 3 ème étage était au niveau de la ventilation et je l'entendais toute la journée (prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles pour la nuit). J'ai également eu des problèmes de température dans la chambre, trop froide ou trop chauffée

Lastimosamente cuando llegamos se equivocaron de habitación, pero luego nos dieron una habitación medio limpia. La limpieza de las habitaciones es muy mala. El baño lleno de pelos de otras personas, las sábanas y toallas no estaban completamente limpias. Y yo sé que esto no es culpa del alojamiento pero los demás huéspedes dejan la cocina asquerosa, después que cocina la dejan muy sucia lo que me hizo comprar comida y no cocinar. Además hacen ruido después del horario establecido y también fuman y hay mal olor. Está prohibido pero no hay nada que lo indique como un cartel.

And it was a guest very loud and the same guest put clothes on the hallway that was dangerous.. The pillow cases they were ripping apart. The mattress is flat and not confortable.

• Keisha (5/5): Would not stay there again. - The couch was comfortable. When I arrived around 4pm (check in tim was 2) my room wasn’t ready. Someone was still in it and it hadn’t been cleaned. I had to convince the owner to let me stay in a different room and not have to continue waiting for my room which is what she wanted me to do. The walls are super thin and you can hear everything.

• Tal (1/5): DON’T - Absolutely nothing, and it all started when we informed them that we were coming with a service dog and were asked to prove that he has a certificate. We booked 2 nights, and everything was terrible from the very beginning. The area where the building is located feels unsafe and extremely dirty. At the entrance to the building, there are broken and dismantled cabinets lying around — it’s unclear whether it’s trash or some sort of “decoration.” The entrance and the walk up to the floor where our room was felt like a cramped maze, as if they tried to use every inch of space possible. The keypad to enter every door in the building, including the rooms themselves, is so loud that you can’t help but hear every person coming in and out. The worst part was that on the first night, starting from 3 AM, there were constant footsteps and noises from the floor above us. The drywall walls provided zero sound insulation, so it was impossible to sleep. When we complained to customer service, the property manager simply didn’t respond — not in the morning, not even by noon — until we kept contacting them nonstop. We ended up leaving the room at 5 AM, didn’t return, and to this day we haven’t received a full refund. Not recommended.
