• Phyoaung (10/5): Luxirious place with best service - Beautiful place to stay with a great location. Rooms are clean and neat. Staffs are poliet and helpful. Overall this is the most satisfying stay I've ever had. This is the best place to choose for a luxurious relax trip.

• Geng (3/5): Overall the unit and space is fine but management is very unprofessional, irresponsive and low class - We lived at the penthouse at TwinSands with 7 friends. Apparently the penthouse is owned separately by the owner of the unit and not part of the resort even though the resort managed the keys and the check in and checkout process. The unit itself is fine, spacious and as pictured. But the set up is very barebone, it didn't feel like anyone had lived in it. It lacked the basic and necessary items for a hotel or airbnb (e.g. hair dryer, utensils, extra towels, or even the beddings for the sofa couch). The person who was managing the property was very irresponsive. We needed beddings for the sofa couch (they knew there were 7 of us from the booking and one of us will have to sleep on the sofa bed but there was no beddings) and a hairdryer. It took them a day and half to deliver to the unit... When I contacted TwinSands resort for a hairdryer, the staff there was unhelpful and kept on saying the penthouse is a separate unit even though we checked in at the TwinSands counter. All we needed was some extra beddings/blankets and a hair dryer... A week after we had checked out, the manager sent a message that we broke their sunroof umbrella and taken way one of the golf clubs for the mini pudding and accused us of being on drugs while staying at his place. We are there for a friend's wedding and in our early thirties, never ever touched drugs the entire stay. The umbrella was not functioning well when we got there and why would anyone take a cheap golf club from their hotel??? It's very unprofessional and borderline ridiculous.
• Kashif (10/5): Exceptional - I arrived late but they had a 24 hour checkout. Exquisite penthouse with a private pool boasting breathtaking ocean views. The sunset was a mesmerizing spectacle from the trendy interior. The added charm of a miniature golf course made this stay truly unforgettable. A seamless blend of luxury and leisure – an absolute gem in Patong.
• Erinne (9/5): Would be rebooking next year - The view was amazing. The apartment size was great for a family of 6 to have space and relax. The staff were lovely and rectified any issues quickly and attended to guests' needs promptly. The apartment was modern and clean, and the mini golf was great to entertain the kids. The only suggestion I have is to put towel hooks into the bathrooms. Can't complain kids didn't want to leave.

Wifi constantly dropping.Not all facilities offered a - space We booked this stay purely that it had a washing machine and tumble dryer (as noted on booking.com) After two weeks of travelling we wanted accommodation to launder our clothes prior to our flight out the following day. (This was an overnight stay) Upon washing our first load we were soon disappointed to learn that there where NO tumber dryer functions as specified. We then had to take our wet clothes into town (15 min drive) for drying. Googled the closet laundromat- turned up - no longer opened for operation - couldn’t leave for overnight services as we where flying out next morning. Wasted all 20 hrs of stopover running about town and missed out on exploring and shopping. Wifi constantly dropped out Apartment also had a damp/musty smell Extremely annoyed and disappointed
