• VISÉE (6/5): - Les consignes pour réceptionner le logement. A mon arrivée,le ménage n'était pas forcément fait a fond , pourtant une liste avec consigne pour la femme de ménage est bien présente et c'est pas les produits nettoyants qui manquent. Les voisins sont hyper bruyants et pas très respectueux,les parties communes sont très sales. La chambre donne sur une rue passante limité a 30 avec beaucoup de passage. Le chauffage de la chambre qui se dilate. Manque une cafetière de type Senseo ou Nespresso.

• Paul (10/5): Bovenverwachting goed. Ga zo door!! - Zeer vriendelijke host. Schone en ruime kamer. Leuk eigentijds ingericht. Prima douche !! Dicht bij het station zodat we konden genieten van een dagje Parijs met de trein. Als iets tegenvalt waren de verwachtingen hoger dan het geen je gekregen hebt. Hier is dat zeker niet het geval. Je krijgt veel meer dan je kan of mag verwachten. Dus alles viel mee. Prima !!!
• Paul (10/5): Top appartement met super host - Het was ons tweede verblijf in dit appartement. Het contact met de host is uitstekend. Hij regeert snel en is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het is zalig rustig in het appartement ondanks dat het midden in de stad ligt. Geen geluiden van de straat noch van de buren. Die overigens allemaal erg vriendelijk waren. De ligging ij het station maakt het prima mogelijk om een dagje naar Parijs te gaan. Top appartement waar we graag terugkomen. Mijn eigen verwachting. Het is veel beter dan ik had verwacht.

• Nadine (9/5): - Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise und haben spontan eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für zwei Erwachsene und einen Hund gesucht. Uns hat die Unterkunft gefallen. Sie war für unsere Zwecke optimal, da gute Lage, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, unkomplizierte Anreise und Check-in, in unmittelbarer Nähe schöner Spaziergang mit Hund möglich, am Abend ein nettes Restaurant zu Fuß erreichbar, Wohnung gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Checkout am frühen Morgen selbstständig möglich gewesen. Alles bestens! 👍🏼

• Christine (5/5): Disappointing - Apartment was ok. Clean and tidy. 5pm too late to check in for us. Did request earlier upon booking, but this was refused. Struggled to get in and couldn't contact host. Didn't answer phone. Wifi didn't work. Link sent by host at 3pm, expired 15 minutes later but couldn't get in until 5pm., tried to phone, but no answer.

• Nicholas (7/5): A very short stay on route to Calais. Facilities not fully evaluated. - The property had a good amount of space for me as a solo traveler. I arrived at 8pm after ten hours of driving and went out for food almost immediately. I left at 3.15am, so I didn’t really settle in or make use of the facilities. I managed to park easily on the street near the property. Messaging from the owner was good and very hospitable. The initial impression on entering the building and navigating to the flat via not too clean stairs and corridor was not so inviting. It was a very warm night and there is road noise if the window is open.
• Tracy (9/5): Superb - Pretty much everything about the place was nice since it's a complete apartment and good for a longer stay. If you intend to book this place make sure you understand it is two stair flights up so if you have some big luggage you have to be very careful especially on the second flight of stairs which is very narrow. I had two backpacks and had to take only one at a time up the stairs.

Spacious apartment, check in nice and easy. Entrance to property is up some stairs within a residential house. Apartment clean but for the price, could do with modernising.

• Frank (8/5): Very nice place to stay, good location and very friendly host - Very friendly host who made us feel very welcome. It would have been nice if there was some airconditioning, but besides that it was a great accommodation.
• David (10/5): Spacious, modern, clean - highly recommended - Great location, just 10 minute walk to the centre square with bars and restaurants and just 5 minute walk to lovely river walk. The apartment was very spacious, modern and well equipped. A little bit of noise from the traffic outside but this was easily overcome by closing the double glazed windows.
