Friendly and helpful staff - there was a problem with the garage fob but that was resolved very quickly.
Great to have somewhere to park the car during our stay.
Accommodation was a good size for the four of us. Clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable. Car parking space was tight to get into but safe and secure.

- Ashworth (8/5): - Location was great, easy access to city centre, 6 min walk, student area with lots of entertainment and restaurants 6 min walk in other direction. Easy to find apartment, clean well laid out and equipped. Comfy beds and good showers. Host communicated well and was responsive when we asked anything. Everything was great, some wear on kitchen units a few handles missing but everything else was spotless.

- Matthew (6/5): The sewage odour needs to be addressed as it makes the Apartment stay very uncomfortable. - Location and value for money Lifts were not working when we arrived and hadn’t been for the previous week but we were not informed beforehand. I know that this in out of the hands of the owner but we could have been informed beforehand as the Apartment was on the 4th floor. There was a very foul sewer smell coming from the bathroom which had been highlighted by previous Tenants and the owner replied that it had been resolved which was not the case . Again it may be an issue that the management company can only resolve. Ceiling Area above boiler was not put back after new boiler was installed, this was also highlighted by previous Tenants and the reply was that it was put right. Again this is not the case. Top hinge on sitting room window is broken. This was highlighted before also.
