• Amaya (10/5): Pis acogedor muy bien ubicado - Ubicacion muy buena,apartamento muy acogedor con la habitación en un segundo piso. Todo muy bien,lo único tener en cuenta que hay escaleras para la accesibilidad en caso de dificultades físicas
• Maxime (9/5): Exceptionnel - - Appartement propre - Très bien décoré et équipé - Bien situé en plein cœur de Bordeaux - Très confort, on s'y sent très facilement chez soi - Beaucoup de guides pour les visites - Gérante très accompagnante et professionnelle - Les rues adjacentes ne sont pas très accueillante une fois la nuit tombée MAIS c'est quelque chose qui s'oublie vite en marchant 200m et en étant accompagné ;)
• andre (10/5): Super séjour à refaire vite - Tout d abord la beauté de cet appart.. et puis là propreté Tout y est même quelques cartouches de café pour dépanner l’orque l on arrive et la proximité de tout ( boutiques bar resto tram ) C est vraiment un bel endroit.. nous reviendrons Rien que du bonheur :)

• Antonia (5/5): Insufficiente - La ristrutturazione del duplex, la luce naturale che arriva dall'alto. La cassetta con il codice d'accesso all'altezza dei cani, la mancanza del gel da doccia e shampoo, la mancanza delle capsule di caffè (però c'era un chilo di caffè in chicchi scaduto dal 2023 senza mulinello... per quale uso?), c'erano altri prodotti e conserve scaduti, allestimento mediocre della cucina, più utile una lavastoviglie che una lava panni, scadute anche delle brochure di Bordeaux... tanto per non andare troppo nel dettaglio.
• Sarah (9/5): Un séjour reposant dans un quartier authentique - J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'agencement et la décoration soignée, les espaces (ni trop grands, ni trop petits), le calme, le confort, la propreté, la qualité générale et le charme indéniable de ce joli appartement, ainsi que son emplacement dans une petite rue d'un excellent quartier pour découvrir la belle ville de Bordeaux.

• Aleksandra (7/5): Nice apartment - Apartment is exactly like on the photos, fully equipped, complimentary tea/coffee, great host, next to touristy part of the town and river No AC and windows facing a narrow old town street, meaning if someone passes by talking when the window is open, it gets noisy. When closed - no noise. Staircases in the apartment.

• Chih (1/5): Bad - Don’t like I was surprised and disappointed to receive your message after my departure, accusing me of leaving the toilet dirty and not locking the door. I would like to clarify that when we arrived at your property, the door was not locked either—it was simply pulled closed, not secured. We left it in exactly the same condition. As for the toilet, it was not clean when we arrived. Despite this, we took the time to clean it thoroughly before checking out. Therefore, your message was both unfair and inaccurate. Furthermore, I must express my dissatisfaction with the misleading listing on the booking platform. Many of the amenities you advertised were either missing or not as described. For example:    •   There was no hot tub or jacuzzi as listed.    •   No complimentary toiletries or cleaning supplies were provided.    •   No ironing equipment was available.    •   There were no shower or shampoo products.    •   No dish soap, no cutting board, and no kitchen knife.    •   The oven tray was filthy, and several dishes were chipped or damaged.    •   The soundproofing was extremely poor, and the apartment was noisy throughout the stay.    •   Despite staying five nights, only one coffee capsule was provided. When I asked about missing items, your response was that I could buy them at Carrefour—but these were things you promised to provide in the listing. I find this unacceptable and misleading. Your property did not meet the expectations you set, and I cannot in good conscience recommend it to future guests
• John (9/5): I really liked the apartment and I really liked Bordeaux. - Very nice apartment, clean, neat, nice décor, plenty of light, comfortable bed and good heating system. Access is very easy at anytime with lock boxes for the keys. You do have to walk up one flight of stairs and the apartment itself is on two floors - living and kitchen downstairs and bed and bath up stairs. The owner responded right away to any and all communication. Great location - less than 5 minutes walk to tram line stop which is three stops from the train station. The Bordeaux tram line system is excellent and will get you everywhere for 1.50 euros a ride. 15 minute walk to the central food market which was also excellent. The street and neighborhood is very ethnically diverse with African and Arab mixed in with the native Frenchmen. Still, clean, safe and pretty quiet. One of the best vacation apartments I have ever rented. One problem was lack of directions for the induction hob cooktop - I could not figure out how to use it. Also, I could have used a good, sharp paring knife. Like most European apartments there were not enough electrical receptacles.
• William (9/5): Lovely authentic apartment, quiet, with all you need, appropriately priced, though not in best area. - this is a lovely, artistically decorated apartment with all you need for a short stay. Wonderful bathroom/shower, quiet bedroom with no one above you, on a quiet street with no street noise. Though on a very nice street, this is not really in a nice neighborhood, which is why this nice apartment is so appropriately priced.

• Phoenix (9/5): Really enjoyed our stay, great hosts who gave us lots of tips and information. Perfect place to spend a few days in Bord - Fantastic location, nicely fitted out. Great kitchen and comfortable stay. Slightly strange smell in the downstairs street level entrance hall but this disappears in the apartment.
