1. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., check-out is no later than 10:00 a.m. Earlier or later check-out is possible subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or who delay our cleaning are liable for all resulting costs and expenses. 2. The midday quiet time generally applies between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. The night quiet time generally applies between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. 3. Guests are not allowed to make reservations at UNIQUE within their place of residence. Please contact us if you wish to book in your own place of residence. 4. Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not permitted, even in common areas (e.g. hallways). Violations of the smoking ban will incur a fee of 250€ plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair. 5. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. 6. Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not permitted. We will charge 30€ per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest. 7. Pets are not permitted. Violations of our pet policy may incur a separate cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay. 8. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking permits. 9. Noise level measuring systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas. 10. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service department. 11. Booking a reservation implies agreement to abide by the house rules. Guests who do not abide by the house rules are liable for any resulting damage, fees, costs or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without refund.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Irina (10/5): - Wir haben zwei Nächte im Apartment verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet, der Einrichtungsstil hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Betten waren ausgesprochen bequem, alles war sauber und einwandfrei funktionstüchtig – es wurde an alles gedacht. Viele Attraktionen sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, zum Beispiel die Autostadt, das Phaeno, das CinemaxX sowie das Outlet-Center. Die Innenstadt ist schnell zu erreichen; Eishalle und BadeLand erreicht man gut mit dem Auto oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Zum Schluss: eine klare Empfehlung – wir würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen.
- Sandra (10/5): - Sehr zentral gelegene, mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattete gemütliche Wohnung. Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus sieht von außen leider nicht sehr einladend aus. Die Zufahrtstraße hat schlimme Schlaglöcher. Dafür können aber die Gastgeber nichts. Nicht abschrecken lassen, drinnen ist es wirklich sehr schön :-).

- Britta (10/5): Alt i alt et skønt ophold, og jeg vil give stedet mine bedste anbefalinger. - Virkelig god beliggenhed. Meget flot og stilfuldt istandsat og perfekt rent. Kun lidt udfordringer med WI-Fi, men der var hurtigt assistance fra udlejer ved henvendelse.

- Konstantin (10/5): Sehr gute zentrale Lage - Das Apartment ist sehr Modern und schön eingerichtet. Alles was in der Beschreibung abgegeben ist trifft auch zu. Die Lage ist Topp kurze Wege z.B. zur Autostadt oder zum Kino.
- Ramon (10/5): Great location, super value - Location is super good. It looks complicated at first time you arrive. But just read and follow this instructions. It is close to the train station, lots of markets, restaurants and the phaeno museum. Appartment ist super funcional and clean It looks a bit difficult to find, I did not read properly all the instructions and found it difficult.
- Siarhei (10/5): - Все было просто великолепно. Чисто, уютно, все продумано до мелочей. Хозяин постоянно на связи. Местоположение очень хорошее. Аутлет, замок, магазины, автоштадт в шаговой доступности. Были на двух машинах, две семьи, одна с 2-х летним ребенком. И нам предоставили два парковочных места и детскую кроватку. Обязательно суда вернемся, если , конечно, удастся забронировать.
