- Oscar (10/5): - Location is great because everything is on walkable distance, including major transportation hubs. Apartment is nice with all the needed appliances for long stays like a washer/dryer combo, a small fridge, and a burner stove top. Bed is comfortable and bed sheets feel soft and clean. Rooftop, 5th floor, has an outstanding view of the city. Of all the apartments I stayed at this building, this was the best apartment. The sun hits from morning until noon, so you have a lot of light to start your day and it doesn't overheat. Even though this apartment is next to the elevator, I was expecting a noisier apartment because of people and the dinging bell but I got surprised that noise is not greatly noticeable. TV can turn facing to the bed, which is awesome for relaxing time. It seems January has less visitors, so no overly-enthusiast people needlessly sharing their businesses out loud. Nothing to dislike of this apartment. Only keeping in mind about upkeeping the washer/dryer and the freezer.

I stayed in November and the major issue during this month was the sun hitting intensely directly to the apartment, to the point that the whole place is hotter than outdoors. I left the front door opened to get fresh air circulating the room. This is doable because apartment 15 is far away from the elevator and there is rarely random guests exploring the building. TV is placed on a wall that makes it impossible to turn it around and watch it from bed. TV holder is flimsy and needs a better mounting. Unfortunately, once in a while there are some loud visitors that have never lived in an apartment building. They need to shout their businesses on the phone or sing passionately about their broken hearts.

This is one of the biggest rooms in the building and it feels like a luxurious loft. The extra couch in the living room is great when you want to watch some tv and relax. Since the sun doesn't hit directly the apartment, temperature remains cool and fresh all day. My main issue is that most of the new visitors tried to get into this apartment because the welcoming screen showing the door codes is not explicit enough. The screen states "Welcome to Casa 8 (#)", but this number in parenthesis creates confusion because you have to figure out this is an apartment number. Therefore, many people try to get into this apartment, "Casa 8 (8)". It becomes annoying when these new visitors are furiously typing the door code. When I opened the door to orientate them, some people were rude and demanding "when are you leaving because I am suppose to stay here". Hope this gets better with a clarifying message, "Welcome to Casa 8, your Apartment is #".

Major issue during December was the sun hitting intensely directly to the apartment, to the point that the whole place is incredibly hotter than outdoors. Even rolling down the shades was not enough to keep the apartment from over heating and it is harder to get some air circulating. I believe this place strongly needs an AC unit. As a suggestion, before using the washer/dryer unit, a quick tub wash is needed. I felt the detergent compartment was grainy due to people overly pouring soap. Said and done, the quick tub wash generated tons of soapy water. TV is placed on a wall that makes it impossible to turn it around and watch it from bed. TV holder is flimsy and needs a better mounting. As usual, there are some loud visitors that have never lived in an apartment building. Needlessly shouting their businesses on the phone or singing passionately about their broken hearts.

No tenían mi registro tuve que esperar en el pasillo para activarlo y su puerta de acceso no funcionó me quedé afuera esperando hasta que alguien me abrió.

Posteriormente entro y la cama de muy mala calidad colon q se sienten los.resortes. nada confortable.. El sillón por igual se sienta uno e igual no confortable. No volvería alrededor hay hoteles q te ofrecen mejor opciones por el precio q te cobran

- Giorgio (10/5): Gran opción de estancia en Guadalajara! - Mi estancia fue excepcional y acogedora, muy lindo diseño interior, limpio, todo funcional y bien pensado además, excelente zona. Totalmente recomendado! El el caso del estudio sugiero que agreguen una silla plegable para poder usar en el comedor pues toda mi estancia tuve que comer sentado en la cama, es mi única observación a mejorar.

- José luis (1/5): No rentes, te cobran de más después de reservar. - Nada, son unos ladrones que te cobran extra cuando ya reservaste y el cuarto es mucho más chico de lo que parece en las fotos. Además si shampoo olía a pedo. Por lo que pagues en esta estafa, pude haberme rentado un departamento entero. Que cuando reservas, te hacen pagarles más dinero, o sino no te dan tus accesos. Que las fotos son engañosas, te dan a entender que vas a tener un espacio decente, pero cuando llegas es difícil utilizar. Los jabones son de la peor calidad posible y el shampoo huele a pedo. Como si le.hubieran echado mierda a la botella, si van a dar eso mejor no den nada. La vista daba hacia una pared gris toda sin chiste y no hay personal, sólo una puerta automatizada sue falla todo el tiempo. Ah, y el colchón es de la peor calidad posible. Todo mal.

El ventilador no funcionaba en pleno septiembre y el hotel no quiso cambiarlo durante el viaje. Las ventanas que dan al exterior no cierran, así que no es muy tranquilizador.

- Andrea (8/5): - La ubicación me pareció buena No me gustó que tengas que hacer un registro para poder acceder a la habitación y te hacen un cobro de $1500 pesos como seguro de daños. El jabón de baño y el shampoo olía a drenaje, me dieron una toalla de baño cuando la reserva era para dos personas y la toalla estaba manchada. El agua de la regadera no se podía regular o salía muy caliente o muy fría. Tampoco nos hicieron la limpieza de la primera noche.

Te mienten una y otra vez no consideran tus discapacidades y nunca puedes comunicarte con nadie en vivo . Él check in es un infierno yo con todas mis maletas y estoy discapacitada y no les importo estarme moviendo de cuarto y cobrarme todas sus extra cuotas otra vez fue la pror experiencia en todos mis viajes no lo recomiendo a nadie. Porfavor todos pregunten antes de rentar ahi no lo hagan o se van a arrepentir

It was the worst experience ever. After you pay the reservation, then hell begins they charge u a bunch of extra fees and secure deposits that u didn't plan to pay. U end up paying more than 100 dlls per night . They do a bunch of security checks before going in and if u don't have where to leave luggage ull be standing on on the floor for 2 hrs
