- teagan (6/5): - The location was great for overlooking Rotorua. The facility was big enough for two people and clean. Our hot water did not work in our cabin
- Experience_Collector (5/5): Needs some upgrades - Great view The shower overflowed and drainage was so slow that only one of us could shower. The sink faucet was not affixed to the counter so the whole thing wobbled. The heating unit was inadequate for the space so I had to sleep in my pants and down vest.

- Tegan (9/5): Stunning getaway escape! - Absolutely stunning! Best experience. Super remote but a perfect get away! The water tasted and smelled really buggered so bring drinking water.
- vanessa (6/5): Pleasant enough. Amazing view. - Great location. Warm. A bit run down on the property and restaurant area. Maybe mow a little path to each cabin as access was a bit of a challenge with my bad knee and some Issues with power which affected water pumping and hot water, on the first day hot water ran out on me mid lather and it was a very quick shower 🫤 But when alerted to the problem this was sorted within half an hour through contact with staff.
