Points négatifs : – Bruit important 24h/24 dû aux travaux autour de l’immeuble. – Communication très insuffisante avec l’hôte : malgré plusieurs demandes d’early check-in, aucune réponse concrète. À notre arrivée tôt le matin, l’hôte était injoignable jusqu’à 9h00 et la réception n’avait reçu aucune information. – Nous avons dû attendre près de 5 heures dans le hall avec nos valises, sans dormir ni manger après un vol de nuit. – Check-in bâclé : aucune explication sur le fonctionnement de l’immeuble, les poubelles, etc. – Manque d’équipements essentiels dans l’appartement : pas d’éponge, pas de produit vaisselle, pas d’essuie-tout, pas de balai, pas de ramassette. – Priorité donnée à la caution avant toute aide, ce qui donne une mauvaise impression.

The highlight was definitely the pool with its stunning view of the canal. It made our time there so relaxing and memorable. The Fam Living team was super helpful and quick to respond to anything we needed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’ll definitely come again

They were warm, professional, and always ready to assist with anything we needed—whether it was a quick response to a request or simply checking in to see if we were comfortable. It’s rare to come across such thoughtful and attentive hospitality, and it really made all the difference. The apartment was clean, stylish, and very comfortable—perfect for a family getaway. What truly stood out was the warm welcome and excellent service provided by the fäm Living team. They were attentive, professional, and made us feel right at home. The location was also great, with easy access to everything we needed in Downtown Dubai! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this place again. Highly recommended!
• Nisha (7/5): Lovely decor but may be I wouldn’t stay here again - Beautiful place They provided one towel for one person for 5 days only one toilet roll in each bathroom, heating is set to not working but the place was freezing, lack of sockets and the one day a lady from the company just walked in no notice given or even to knock on the reason was pillow covers replacements but towels were chargeable didn’t make sense
