Ce que j'ai en fait le.plus apprécié et qui n'apparaît dans la description c'est l accueil de Maria , qui a été presente déjà téléphoniquement puis m a accueillie avec gentillesse et attention . J ai été particulièrement touchée car elle m a offert un petit souvenir pour mon anniversaire. Séjour.parfait

• Annette (10/5): - It is such a great spot to explore the city & the owner let us put our luggage on arrival and departure somewhere safe. Everything was super clean and comfortable. It is located right above a nice Bar, which is quite loud. But if you go in the Heart of Mykonos you are probably prepared to stay up late. 😀
• Agata Joanna (8/5): Cute little hotel - It was lovely and clean. I liked the decor in the room, the size and the fact that it had a lot of additional toiletries, water in the fridge as well as a little coffee machine. It was very thoughtful of the owner. The location was also perfect, at the heart of Little Venice of Mykonos. It was pretty much self service but online reception was quick in response I was put on the second floor with no lift and heavy suitcases with no one to help. I stayed here at the end of the season and found it hard to fall asleep as loud music was playing outside in one of the establishments. I can't imagine how much louder it has to be in peak season. Sound proof windows would be good.

• Letizia (10/5): Fantastico! - La struttura era centralissima , a pochi minuti da qualsiasi zona della città. Inoltre vicina alla fermata dei bus , con i quali potevi raggiungere la maggior parte dei punti dell’isola in 10/20 minuti. La struttura era tenuta molto bene, ogni giorno passavano per pulire e sistemare la camera . La camera ampia e comoda , ci siamo trovati molto bene. Inoltre l’host é stato sempre disponibile per risolvere qualsiasi problema avessimo . Direi servizio eccellente in tutto e per tutto , se dovessi tornare a Mykonos, li sceglierei di nuovo !

• Katrin (7/5): - Top Lage mitten im Zentrum! Kommunikation mit den Besitzern über WhatsApp unkompliziert. Check In ebenso. Würden jederzeit wieder buchen, wenn wir auf Mykonos sind. Anderer Duschvorhang wäre besser.
• Aldo (7/5): - Ansprechende Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Ideal für unkomplizierte Gäste und perfekt, um das Nachtleben zu geniessen. Mit leichtem Gepäck gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Mit schweren Koffern nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert. Der Weg durch die engen Gassen und das schmale Treppenhaus kann etwas beschwerlich sein. Betreberin bemüht sich um eine gute Kommunikation per Whatsapp, ist jedoch vor Ort schwer anzutreffen.

• Maria (8/5): Muy buena! - La persona que nos atendió muy amable. Dispuesta a ayudar a nuestra llegada y salida. La ubicación es céntrica y está cerca de todo. La habitación estaba muy limpia y tenía lo necesario. Relación calidad precio está bien! Lo único que no me gustó, es que al ser tan céntrico, se escucha la música de los bares de alrededor. Pero si vas de fiesta o no te molesta tanto, está ok.

Chambre et salle de bain magnifique, malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu tester le petit déjeuné car nous sommes partis tôt mais nous recommandons vivement cet établissement. Très bien placé dans les petits ruelles commerçantes et festives de Mykonos.

• Andrew John (7/5): Tidy Apartment in the Heart of Lively Mykonos - Very clean, and some nice decorative touches. Staff welcoming and helpful. Great double glazing to protect from late night party noise, given its downtown location. The door to the room provides no real protection from internal noise - so you can hear people coming and going (and their full conversations) at all hours - which sort’ve negated the great double-glazed windows. Would’ve been nice to have had some small balcony furniture. Stairs and corridors really narrow and difficult to navigate with luggage. Would not recommend for people with variable mobility.

• Elliott (10/5): Perfect - Location was unreal. Close walk to everything you could possibly need. Host is a beautiful human and went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. That I didn’t stay longer.

• Nicole (10/5): Absolutely perfect stay in Mykonos - The room was very nice! The beds were extremely comfortable and we had everything that we needed. Maria, Nikos, and the kids were so so nice. We were treated like family. They held our luggage for us, told us about the sea bus and showed us exactly where it was. We have been in Greece for 2 weeks and have not experienced such wonderful hosts as them. We were in a centralized location that was close to Little Venice, the Windmills, the castle, etc. I cannot recommend enough if you are coming to Mykonos to stay here. We stayed 1 night on the Paradise beach side, but we wish we would have just stayed here and taken the bus. If you are looking for a great location to stay with nice rooms and wonderful hosts, this is the place for you.

• Valentina (1/5): Terribile - Centro di Mykonos molto comodo come posizione Abbiamo alloggiato 4 notti , Riscontrando nelle ultime tre notti dopo essere tornati dal mare tutte le sere la mancanza di acqua per lavarsi, tutto questo senza mai essere stati aiutati dall'host durante il nostro soggiorno facendoci rimanere tutte le sere fino a tarda notte senza acqua, un esperienza terribile un bene primario così importante , nonostante le numerose richieste di aiuto riguardo la problematica. Non si è mai presentata quando è stato sempre richiesto il suo aiuto , fino all checkout non si è degnata neanche di salutarci dal vivo , non chiedendo neanche SCUSA !!!! Per non parlare del fatto che ci hanno tolto due asciugamani senza rimetterne altri nuovi, dopo averle fatto notare questa cosa Solo il giorno dopo ci hanno messo gli asciugamani Quindi un altro disagio ASSURDO TUTTO QUESTO NON MI ERA MAI CAPITATO QUESTO DISAGIO IN UN ALLOGGIO SONO SENZA PAROLE DAL SUO MENEFREGHISMO!!!!!!!VERGOGNA!!

• Felipe (5/5): Overpriced inconvenience - Location, but it can be noisy until late at night due to the music from bars/club near by. Espresso coffee maker, tea, mini-fridge and kettle in the room. In my opinion, It's like an airbnb, not much assistance or service. You have to try to reach someone, wait for a reply, or wait for them to show up. There is no one on-site.I received a few messages from the property, and I contacted them, but no reply.

• Mufeed (7/5): Excellent - The location was great, right in the heart of Mykonos. All attractions are within walking distance, and it’s also easy to reach by bus. If u are coming from Port then take to fabrica bus cost only 3 Euros The washroom was very small and didn’t have any plug connections inside. There was only a coffee machine with two capsules and 2 bottles water provided, and no other amenities.
• Marina (4/5): Not worth it - The apartment is close to the centre, and the owner was nice and let us check in a bit earlier. They left us water bottles because tap water isn't safe to drink. Also, the view from the window and you can see the sunrise. The booking says our unit has a balcony (it says so for every unit), but the only balcony we saw was the entrance to the building, meaning it isn't a private balcony as we expected. We stayed at the unit 3, which is on the second floor, along with unit 4, and it was pretty difficult to get our suitcases up the stairs, as they are very very narrow. The room wasn't cleaned well, the bed covering had stains and there were long hairs on the floor (not ours, we both have short hair). Because Mykonos is so windy the window kept banging through the night. Also, the code for the door is so simple and it makes it pretty obvious what the code for the other rooms is, so anyone staying in the building can enter your room at any point. It is just not worth the money, we paid less in Santorini and got an amazing room.

• Stefanos (1/5): Non existant, rude and offensive customer service. You get different room than the one you booked. - The location was good. I had a terrible experience with the customer service. I rented an apartment and got given another one. I contacted the property and the staff were talking to me with a very offensive and ironic tone. When I explained that the room I booked was a different one to the one I checked in their answer was: Does it have any difference in the facilities? Did the room you booked had a pool and the one you checked in didn’t? Also in the conversation they mentioned a few times that they own hotels and villas around the island trying to make a point that I don’t deserve customer service since I don’t rent their top accommodations. Extremely rude, never had such a customer service experience in my life. I was in shock with the way the person was talking to me on the phone. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE EVER!
• Joanne (10/5): Lovely in Mykonos - The room was very clean, bed had crisp white linens and comfortable mattress. Good light entered through the double doors. The shower had plenty of hot water. Air conditioner worked great. Mykonos is a maze. Using navigation on our phone to find the room was necessary for us.

The bathroom was a great addition to the experience! Sadly the noise from the nearby bar was loud and kept us wake until the early morning hours.

To the properties response - we stayed 1 night, didn't see cleaning staff, or ask for late checkout - seemingly they are lying to make themselves look better. • Fitzgerald (10/5): Amazing accomodation in the heart of Mykonos! Highly recommend - Beautiful Accomidation located in an ideal position in the heart of Mykonos. The cleanliness and practicality of the facilities were outstanding! I would highly recommend the Casa Centro appartments to visitors of Mykonos.
• David (1/5): Promised a refund for the reverberating noise in the room and reneged the following day - see photo. - The location was as described, very central. The view was an adjoining buildings rooftop covered in junk, but in fairness no better view was promised. More honesty when it came to honouring the refund. They refused to attend at the time, choosing to say "you can claim a refund, no problem". In the following days when I chased it up, they denied there was a problem. I can see now why they refused to come out and deal with it at the time - easier to make the refund offer.. They have since said the offer was that I could 'claim' for a refund, not get one. You can see what they did there - beautifully played! But I don't like to be treated that way, if you're reading this - consider how frustrating it is to be treated that way. Other than the above, the room was fine, as described. It was just impossible for us to sleep with the weird noise.

No accessible balcony so had to go downstairs to sit outside. But at least an opportunity to explore around the find somewhere to sit

Although the accommodation was very clean and fragrant, the view from the window is of the garbage on the next house. It didn't live up to what we expected.

This is our third time coming to Mykonos and found Casa Centro to have an amazing and convenient location as it is in town near everything. There is flexibility to check in and the rooms were very cleaned, and well maintained. We were a family of four so we got two rooms. Again, I definitely recommend Casa Centro in Mykonos. There was nothing to improve.

• Karin (5/5): Could have been a great place, even little hidden, but very central, just the noise every night... - The apartment n.2 where I stayed in was very clean and the host helped where it was possible. The shower was great too. The apartment n.2 has a tiny bathroom with the door being in the way all the time. The towels were very clean but the smell of the softener used after washing is exaggerated and can cause allergies in some people. The same goes for the sheets and pillow cases. I guess they are all washed in the same place. The apartment n.2 has an unpleasant view onto the roof of another building where lots of rubbish is stored among chairs, etc. For someone that likes to sleep before midnight the place isn't the best because there is LOLA's bar just underneath and the noise from it goes far beyond midnight till at least 2am.

Studios felt very fresh and clean with a modern tuch of the interior. AC work perfect for the mykonos heat and bed really comfortable Joanna was such a lovely host that always was nearby to answer your question If I come back to mykonos again this will definitely be my choice again Nothing
