• Stanislav Gadzikovskiy (10/5): - The apartment is located 6 minutes away from Metro, it is freshly renovated, bright and clean. Check-in was very easy. The owner is very kind and responsive. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in Paris! There is no lift in the building. It shall be considered if travelling with older people.
• Angel (8/5): The property inside is beautiful. - The property was very clean and comfortable The building outside and the areas is not appealing and the flights of stairs to get in the property, it doesn’t state that the building doesn’t have an elevator on the advertisement and plus the flat is on the 4th floor. With luggage’s it’s hard getting up and down the stairs.

• Lukasz (1/5): - There is no information that apartment is located on 4th floor in old tenement, access without elevator. As soon as we find out (before entering apartment), we contacted with hosts and tried to cancel booking but they refused, Hosts didn't want to make refund (need to make prepayment for 2nights stay), over the phone hosts told there will be no problem with refund. I am booking different locations few times monthly, but never had so bad experiance.

• Xiuhao (9/5): Overall i feel satisfied about this apartment this time - I suppose the choice i decided to live here is so right. It is so close to metro line 12 and around it there are some good restaurants angd shops. Fantastic! I guess it would be much better to have a deeper cleaning every time.
