• Rita (9/5): - We enjoyed out stay in Laren Family Hotel & Spa. The room was ok with a view of sunrise (at the pool side). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was by far better than usually offered by other hotels (excelllent). Nearby the sea promenade, a big shopping center nearby. As it was a winter stay, we can not comment on the access to the beach. Wifi worked very good. Spa facilieties are small, but hamam/ steam bath was enough to get warm.

Od samego początku czułam się tu naprawdę dobrze dzięki życzliwej, uprzejmej i pomocnej obsłudze, która dbała o każdy detal. Pokój był komfortowy, z wygodnym łóżkiem, a widok z balkonu na góry był po prostu świetny. Jedzenie było bardzo smaczne, świeże i serwowane w czystej restauracji. Dodatkowo doceniam pomoc w przygotowaniu posiłków na wynos, gdy musieliśmy już wyjeżdżać - takie podejście naprawdę rzadko się zdarza. Strefa SPA była kameralna i bardzo dobrze zorganizowana - byliśmy sami, a woda do jacuzzi nalewana była przy nas, co zapewniało pełną higienę. Miłym dodatkiem był koktajl podczas relaksu. Hotel również przygotował dla mojego partnera tort urodzinowy, który był bardzo pyszny i za to jestem bardzo wdzięczna, jak i za pomoc w posiłkach na wynos. Szczególne podziękowania kieruję do Pana z recepcji (przepraszam, nie znam imienia, ale można sprawdzić, kto tego dnia był na zmianie w dniu naszego wyjazdu) oraz do Pani w restauracji za pomoc, życzliwość i profesjonalizm. Na zewnątrz znajduje się basen, z którego tym razem nie skorzystaliśmy, ale następnym razem chętnie. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel i chętnie tu wrócę.

• Настасья (4/5): Premium price, budget quality ( - The crew was nice, always smiling. Breakfast was good, typical turkish, but with many options. The all inclusive package also includes lunch, and dinner with a very limited selection. At the bar you get only basic soft drinks and local red/white wine, and all inclusive service ends at 11 PM. Everything else is extra. The so-called “private beach” turned out not to be theirs at all — just some kind of arrangement with another place. The shuttle goes there in the morning (at 10:00, 11:00, and 12:00) and picks you up at 4 PM, so you miss lunch completely. At the beach entrance, the staff are rude and take away everything — snacks, fruits, even bottles of water that you brought from the hotel. For an all inclusive stay at this price, it’s simply absurd. The day starts with frustration. As for the hotel itself: the rooms are old and need renovation. In our room, the curtains were covered with chewing gum (apparently for a long time — already rock solid). The shower leaks, and water runs into the room, even under the bed. The waterproofing is damaged, the floors are stained, and there’s dust everywhere. On the brick wall above the bed there’s a thick layer of dust, clearly not cleaned for ages. Housekeeping is only done upon request — or rather, after a reminder.

• Laura (4/5): Lacked quality - Shower was pretty good. Very disappointed with my whole stay. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and instead of a top sheet we had what loomed like and felt like a towel. Our room had a balcony but was so narrow you could only sit sideways. The fridge did not keep things cold but did emit a lot of heat. The air con worked but as soon as you passed the bathroom you could not feel the air con. Room was not dirty as such but not the cleanest, empty toilet roll cardboard inner on top of cistern. Biscuit packets behind the chair. Breakfast was not the greatest, had to put bread through the toaster 5 times before it got any colour. Fried eggs were dumped on top of each other so to get an egg you broke the egg it was on. The creme de la creme was chicken nuggets on the trays for breakfast. We were over charged twice on drinks but when you challenged them they just looked at us blankly. If the staff got off there phone they may have seen some unhappy customers. Things were that bad we left hotel 2 days early and paid for new flights. This is the 1st time I have ever left a negative review.

Есть маршрутка бесплатная от отеля. Это обычные три звезды, не дорого но и без излишек роскоши. Выбор на завтрак скромный но голодным не останешься. В общем отель уставший но персонал старается.

• Siobhan (5/5): Passable - It was very clean, welcoming. Very much a surgical hotel, not recommended for AI. This was all closed at 11pm if not before. Drinks were very limited with eyes on you at all times. Some more than others. No music or entertainment (this was advertised and never happened!). Very much a hotel for after surgery. Deff not a family hotel for a relaxing break. Prices for snack bar, ice lolly's, etc are all crazy!! Wouldn't return unless I was having surgery. No shops etc for shopping near by.

Overall, a pleasant stay While the hotel itself was clean and the rooms were nice, I was very disappointed with the lack of available sun loungers. Every morning by 7am, they were already taken—often by guests who weren’t even present for most of the day, as many appeared to be away for medical or cosmetic procedures. It was very difficult to relax in the sun using just a regular chair, which significantly impacted my experience. Unfortunately, I ended up checking out early as I simply couldn’t enjoy my days the way I had hoped.
• Linda (8/5): Friendly staff made the stay very enjoyable and plenty of places around to get out and about. - All the staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming.It’s close to the seafront with bars & restaurants and nice place to walk. It’s clean and comfortable. Toiletries were just soap in bathroom and shower but still adequate. Their own beach is lovely with reasonable bar restaurant attached, but there are also plenty others in both directions from the hotel. All inclusive was a reasonable price with food being served frequently during the day and the basic selection of drinks allowed was adequate for people who don’t drink much. The bed cover isn’t very wide and doesn’t cover two people very well. Soundproofing is poor and you hear other guests from your room. Shower drainage terrible and base fills up and overflows into bathroom when showering. Transport to/from their beach was terrible though the hotel were aware and will hopefully sort something better out soon. Food was very Turkish, perfectly acceptable, but would have liked to know that before booking.

• Ivan (6/5): Fair deal anyway, but don't expect much, it's not a boutique class :) - Friendly and helpful stuff, nice swimming pool, some kind of Gym and SPA. We bought "all inclusive" - and it's not what you typically think it is. Bar is available all the day, but the only alcohol possible to drink - is local beer Efes. The other drinks consist of local spirits which are kinda dangerous to drink (as for me). If you bring a bottle of your own - you will be fined due to their price list (even with your 'all inclusive' status). Food is available only at particular timing, out of it you will be friendly welcomed to pay extra for snacks (their 'all inclusive' I remind). BUT current prices in restaurants in Antalya are so high, that it still reasonable to order this hotel with all-day food.

The staff were always very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate your needs. The location is absolutely perfect as its close to the airport and nearby soo many places to explore. Its got a nice pool to relax around never overcrowded or loud just very relaxing. The food is also always fresh and full of flavour again the staff are very helpful and very lovely. I - The bedroom was spacious and modern ish although a little tired. Definitely not been upgraded in a few years. The food was dreadful. Was never hot and poor choices for British people. At breakfast you got soup, veg, potatoes and various Turkish dishes. Other than fried eggs and cereal the rest was questionable as breakfast.
• Darren (3/5): If you're from the UK, book elsewhere! - The hotel had a lift, that's about it. Staff took the tv down for me to put my firestick in. After looking at the advertised photos I thought I'd book this hotel for a week. Trust me, they definitely do the hotel justice. The hotel is not set up for British visitors in any way, Turkish TV only and lentil soup for breakfast, toast machine doesn't work so I ate out each morning. The hotel pool was drained, real shame seen as the pictures lure you in, and the "SPA" looks like it's just been thrown together! Upon thinking "I'll give the spa a try" i was shown around by a memeber of staff who would not stop trying to get me to have a massage package at €300 but would reduce it to €250! I asked where I get changed, and he said, "Just get changed here." Next to the loungers, where anyone can see! No lockers to protect your goods or privacy! The sauna flooring will try killing you, and if you need to hit the emergency button, it's hanging off the wall with exposed wires! The steam room was freezing somehow, and the drain covers were all snapped, so your foot will get cut to bits! The jacuzzi had no water in it but they will turn the tap on for you if you're willing to wait approximately 2hrs for it to fill up, after seeing 4 dead flies floating in it I turned the tap off, got changed and went back up to the room. It was that bad I booked an early flight home and left a day early. After checking out, I asked if I could get a coffee whilst I waited for my taxi and was told no.....

• Elena (4/5): Not worth the money. - Very friendly cleaner responsible for the third floor. The location is decent with nice areas to walk around. The food is great and offers a good variety. My sister and I booked a specific room with two single beds, but were first given a room with one large bed, and the bathroom had a screwdriver and hair in the sink. I requested a change, but the second room also had a large bed and a fold-out cot, which was uncomfortable. We didn’t get what we booked, even after complaining. The reception staff seemed irritated by questions. The fridge didn’t work, the rooms were old, and the dining area had an overwhelming air freshener.

Booking.com didnt allow me to book for4 people but I did book 2 double rooms but it said one adult each. So he charged €42 more per person without giving a proper reason. Then we had to wait for the shuttle to beach for an hour from the mentioned time. Staff didnt care that we were waiting all they said they got nothing to do. We didnt plan lunch coz of that. Then we were not informed that we have to inform one hour prior to start the jaquzzi so that we could not use that. And the jaquzzi in the pool was broken. Bar manager told us to bring our phones to see menu. They didnt have any physical menu. We had to wait long time to access wifi. €200 for a room is way too much this sort of crappy hotel
• Ivan (4/5): Better find something else - Nothing really. Everything is run down. There was a strong smell of cigarettes on our floor, and the room smelled funky. The bathroom is dirty and small. There were stains on our toilet seat and mould in the shower area, and it was pretty unpleasant to use it. The fridge wasn’t working and smelled like a dead mouse. The curtains were stained, too. The cafe's selection was poor, and I often chose between options I didn’t want to eat. The menu is almost the same daily and doesn’t look tasty. Water is not easily accessible; you must approach waiters and ask for it. Ice cream, alcoholic cocktails, and fresh juice are not included in the all-inclusive price; you must pay for them separately. And they cost the same as in London. No food from outside is allowed. The location is also not the best. We had to take a taxi whenever we wanted to see something interesting in the city. The only benefit of the area is a shopping mall within 15 minutes of walking.

• Eddy (3/5): I was disapointed in my stay. - Location was good. I booked an all inclusive package in order to have a smooth and good stay with my 2 kids. Even the fresh orange juice i had to pay them extra! The all inclusive package wasn’t at ALL worse it. The food was very limited and average. The smell in the hotel was not pleasant at all specially in the buffet area and in the coridors.

The hotel was very clean, the cleaners cleaned the room every day, changed the towels, refilled the drinking water and were very pleasant and friendly. • Tracy (5/5): nice hotel apart from the spa experience - The spa experience - my partner paid 100 euros as a treat for me however the experience was very uncomfortable and inappropriate, i was put in the reception area of the spa just in a towel and the door was open with 2 men sat outside who could see clearly, I asked for the door to be closed which the masseur lady did after rolling her eyes at me like i was making a fuss. however after the next treatment i had i was again put in the same room and the door was open again with one male sat outside looking in. i found this very inappropriate and uncomfortable and should have been a relaxing time

Toilet was not cleaned in one of the rooms when checking in Spa and massage should be managed by Hotel and card payments should be allowed for this. Bed and pillows maybe good be better quality.
• Anonymous (4/5): Staff was good and helpful , rooms are mediocre - The only thing i liked about this is the service of the reception guy named gurhan and also the food staff Ill start from housekeeping,u basically need to ask for them to service ur room if u want it cleaned, we were out for sbout 7 hours came back and still none did any type of cleaning, food is mediocre (although for 4 stars), we had problems with our room (leak ,something that all rooms have as the maintenance guy said) so they upgraded us to a suite room , that still had leak but only to inside of the room, if u are looking to save money go for it, if u want something good , for something else honestly

You are not allowed to talk loudly and if you do the hotel closes the bar. The hotel Management advised us it was a clinical Hotel not a holiday hotel. At 12 o clock on check out they aggressively approached us with scissors and demanded they cut our wristbands off being happy to leave us with no drinks or food for a 11 o clock flight The food is Luke warm when we were allowed it the pool is tiny only 10 sun beds and on all three nights of our stay there were fights outside resulting in the police being called The staff are aggressive and rude
• Danii (9/5): Beautiful hotel and room I would definitely visit again but would - The staff were lovely especially the lovely gentleman who checked me in! The room was amazing and extremely spacious! Beautiful hotel with lots to do around and in the hotel! There were quite a few bugs in my room, the room I had was next to the staff cabinet and they kept slamming stuff and talking really loud and the breakfast wasn’t the best and can be improved (more English options and staff to offer out beverages)

• Yasmin (9/5): Superb - It was a nice and comfortable stay at this hotel. Its modern and cozy and nearby a lot of facilities in Lara like restaurants, malls, the sea and the airport. Its not a negative point, but be prepared that most of the hotel guests are here for medical reasons like dental health, plastic surgery and so on. Actually this was very interesting to watch.
• Dorin (10/5): Exceptional - The chef ,the hotel manager and all the hotel staff great, everyone was really nice. We want to especially thank Rona ,Meltem and Gulben who were really great, the service they gave was above and beyond. Everything was really good, the food, the service, the comfort, an excellent hotel, we will return in the future. There is no doubt that we will recommend the place. The only thing that wasn't good was the hot tub, the water wasn't hot and when we turned on the bubbles, dirt came out, it would have been better to choose a balcony if there is the option. But apart from this little thing everything was great.

The pool and rooms are decent, close to airport very good for families that want to experience sun and getaway from theire usually day routine. I would like to thank the management as well. My family had it good and calm.

• Fehmi (10/5): amazing staff - They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 12 am. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. We had three meals in this restaurant but the quality of the food could be improved a bit. but They had buffet with many options and our waitress and the kitchen staff was wonderful.

• Patel (1/5): Bad - There were cockraches everywhere, including dinning area. The facilities mentioned were mostly out of order. Reception had only one person and didn't understand English. They were not ready to even help female and kids guests transfer the luggage. In all, it's not worth spending. I am very disappointed. I have taken videos of corkraches too in case anyone wants for proof. I request booking.com to look into the matter. Total waste of money. I liked nothing about the hotel

• Shikha (4/5): Disappointing - Located one a quiet road in a busy district in close proximity to the airport. Very dated interiors. There was a lot of mould in the bathroom. I found a cockroach in my room so the room was changed, however the sink wouldn’t drain & a light didn’t work in the new room. Also saw 2 more cockroaches in the breakfast hall.
• Michael (5/5): Passable - Location "Some" of the employees are nice Good selection of drinks Shouldn't have to pay a fee to use the safe everyday Asked to extend check-out for 3 hours and was willing to pay extra as it was raining and my flight was delayed and had nowhere to go and they kept telling me they would get back to me with an answer, after asking 4 times they quoted me a price for a full day, i'd expect to pay a fee but for a full day? no Window frame was hanging off Very thin walls, can hear everything in the next room Cleaner walked in on me while i was in bed sleeping at like 8am... (she did apologize) but i've never had that happen to me, ever
