• Dabija (10/5): Nice staff and great location - Feel like home. You have everything. Access to the apartment requires climbing about two flights of fairly steep stairs. This may be inconvenient for individuals with limited mobility, those who are overweight, or families with young children.

• Giorgia (3/5): Mediocre - Proprietaria disponibile e gentilissima. Ci siamo orientati grazie alle informazioni che ci sono state fornite (luoghi da visitare, locali, ecc..) . Struttura interna restrutturata abbastanza di recente provvista di aria condizionata e cucina completa, fornita di tutti gli elettrodomestici. Posizione nel centro del porto antico comoda per raggiungere le attrazioni principali. Appartamento situato al 2 piano con scale molto ripide, strette (non adatte a persone con disabilità motorie/anziani/bambini piccoli) e usurate. La zona non è piacevole in quanto si trova in un vicolo con odori sgradevoli e frequentato da gente poco raccomandabile sia di giorno che di notte. Pulizie approssimative. Zona in ZTL, che non è facile da raggiungere con i bagagli e parcheggi a pagamento ovunque (molto spesso occupati).

• Kathleen (7/5): Good - Good location in the old town within walking distance of aquarium and palazzo reale. Good tourist information and maps provided The VERY difficult staircase to the 3rd floor. I was happy to book in an old building without a lift but there should have been more information about the very uneven steps, the many sections without a handrail and, above all, the last 3 steps into the apartment which are triangular required you to balance on one while unlocking the door. Without my travelling companion I would never have been able to get my luggage up and down. Two small things missing in the otherwise very well-equipped kitchen: a stopper for the sink and any pan or tin that could go in the oven. Just add a Pyrex dish that can be used in both oven and microwave.
