• Debbie (5/5): - Location, staff response to my inquiries was respectful and very timely. The configuration of the room. Cramming in an extra bed into the room where the door cannot open was very uncomfortable. The cap under the sink must be sealed properly so the sewer gas fumes do not enter the room. Most unpleasant smell.
• Mariem (7/5): - Les lits étaient confortables et propres. Il y avait un machine a laver, bouilloire, micro-ondes, petit frigo. Près de la station qui va en direction de l'aéroport. Kobini pas très loin et quelques restaurant autour. Quartier calme. Les propriétaires ont été très gentils, ils avaient acceptés de garder nos bagages pour le dernier jours du check out ce qui nous a permis de visiter une dernière fois avant de partir. Pas d'ascenseur alors qu'on était au troisième étage avec plusieurs valises. Escaliers très étroit. Donc a prendre en compte. Pas de gaziniere. Quand nous sommes arrivés, malheureusement les toilettes étaient sales, de même pour la salle de bain. De l'eau marron est sortie des robinets lors de leur ouverture. Peut être que l'appartement n'avait pas été utilisé depuis un moment. J'ai donc du tout laver. Il y avait également des filtres a laver dans la machine a laver qui n'avait pas été nettoyé depuis longtemps et que j'ai du nettoyer aussi. Mais le reste de la maison était plutôt propre.

• Jeremy (9/5): - Excellent location! Nearby several great sentos, very close to Keikyu Kamata station. But also quiet at night. Staff incredibly responsive to our needs. We enjoyed being in this homey part of Tokyo. Small thing: needs a full sized mirror.
