• Dina (6/5): The place has great potential, large and spacious, swimming pool is gorgeous and clean. Owner was responsive to any ques - Large property and plenty of rooms Beautiful ocean view Away from civilization, if you don’t have a car you will have to ride the Tok Tok and will charge you 100 Egyptian pound to go across the street Public beach Broken screen door that allowed tons of flies in and since the living area doesn’t have AC you had to make a choice whether to be eaten by flies or die if dehydration and heat stroke Owner didn’t give us the keys, we found the keys to the main gate and the lock was rusted kept locking us out since it didn’t work properly, we were told we had to jiggle it
• Erhan (1/5): Gesundheitsgefährdende Zustände, Ratte im Haus – enttäuschender Aufenthalt. - Leider entsprach die Unterkunft in keiner Weise den Erwartungen oder der Beschreibung. Kurz nach unserer Ankunft befand sich eine große Ratte im Haus, zudem war an mehreren Stellen Rattenkot zu finden – unter anderem auf der Küchenarbeitsplatte und neben dem Kühlschrank. Dies stellt ein erhebliches hygienisches und gesundheitliches Risiko dar. Wir mussten selbst Handtücher in Öffnungen stopfen, um zu verhindern, dass das Tier erneut herauskommt. Darüber hinaus gab es weitere Mängel: • defekte Spülmaschine, • stark verrostetes Gartentor, • mehrere Terrassentüren, die sich nicht abschließen ließen, • alte und beschädigte Möbel. Da wir uns im Ausland befanden, war eine Umbuchung kurzfristig nicht möglich, weshalb wir gezwungen waren, den Aufenthalt unter diesen Bedingungen zu beenden. Die Unterkunft war insgesamt in einem unhygienischen und unsicheren Zustand und nicht empfehlenswert. Es ist auch enttäuschend, dass Booking.com trotz Meldung der gravierenden Probleme keine echte Unterstützung bot; solche Fälle sollten besser geprüft werden, um Gäste zu schützen. Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Bewertungen wegen kleiner Probleme, doch hier ist der Zustand der Unterkunft absolut inakzeptabel.
• Mohammed (10/5): Great Stay! - Everything was perfect, All rooms in this villa had a sea view and private pool view. it has stunning sandy beach but it is a public beach. The host was very cooperative and polite. Very friendly owner with a fantastic staff. We enjoyed every moment. Totally Recommend! Nothing.

• Ahmed (8/5): We enjoyed our stay. Very good views but no private beach . - Comfortable stay and very cooperative and flexible host regarding check out time. The team looking after the property was very active , helpful and friendly. Nice pool and facilities. Few electrical faults but were dealt with promptly by the team. It took about two days to get the Wi-Fi working but it is fair to say internet access was not featured when I booked my stay. However, it has a quick Wi-Fi now. Bathroom carpets were not completely clean. Otherwise, the villa was nice and clean.
