• Shari (9/5): Tophotel met een goede locatie in Asakusa! - Dit hotel in Asakusa was top! De locatie is goed, aangezien verschillende metro-ingangen vlakbij zijn. Er is ook weinig lawaai 's nachts, ondanks de drukke baan waarlangs het hotel gelegen is. De kamer zelf is zeer proper en het feit dat er geen tapijt aanwezig is in de kamer (wat in veel andere hotels wel het geval is) droeg daar aan bij. De wc en de douche zijn eveneens gescheiden, wat ook een pluspunt is. De wc zelf was de meest moderne Japanse toilet die we in heel Japan zijn tegengekomen en er was een heel goede afzuiging voorzien waardoor onaangename geuren zeer snel weg waren. Ook op vlak van extra voorzieningen had dit hotel veel troeven. Het water op de kamer werd heel regelmatig aangevuld en in de lobby zelf stond ook een drankautomaat voor als je nog iets extra nodig had. Op de kamer zelf was een koffiezetapparaat voorzien met zowel nespressocups op de kamer als vrij te verkrijgen in de gang. Op de kamer waren er tevens een heleboel kleine extraatjes voorzien, zoals tandenborstels, scheermesjes, .... En aan de ingang waren paraplu's voorzien bij regenweer, iets waar ik grote fan van was! We deelden de kamer met 3 personen wat op zich zeker doenbaar was, maar de kamer was toch wat aan de kleine kant voor 3; er was namelijk nog weinig plaats over om de koffers uit te pakken. Voor 2 personen lijkt mij dit minder een probleem! Ook de kastruimte was beperkt, zeker voor 3 personen. De wastafel situeerde zich in de slaapkamer zelf en was redelijk klein wat voor veel spetters zorgde. Ik ben zelf fan van stevige kussens en die vielen hier wat tegen; ze waren vrij plat. In de kamer was 1 raam terug te vinden. Hierdoor kon je niet naar buiten kijken en ook niet openzetten voor frisse lucht wat wel jammer was. Een groot pluspunt aan de kamer was de wasmachine die je gratis kon gebruiken. Helaas was het gebruik hiervan niet helemaal duidelijk en hebben we hiermee wat problemen ondervonden en dan vooral met het drogen. Er is wel wat uitleg voorzien in de kamer, maar die is vrij beperkt en zeker bij problemen. Een Engelstalige handleiding zou dus handig zijn geweest. Gelukkig heeft het personeel ons hier vriendelijk mee geholpen!
• LISA (9/5): Would definitely stay here again! - Our room was tastefully decorated, modern and had all necessary appliances (except for an iron but this wasn't an issue for us). We loved the decor, and the room & bathroom, facilities were so clean. Having a washing machine/drier in our room was a game changer for us. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was great - super close to Asakusa train line, 7/eleven shops, restaurants, cafes and walking distance to local markets. Would stay here again. There was minimal natural lighting into the room through the windows which was initially hard for us to adjust to. Relied on electric lighting however we were out for most of the day. Secondly, we are tall people so having Japanese low/traditional table & chairs wasnt always easy but hey, we still loved our stay here.

Didn’t realise there would be no legs on the chair or it was futon beds. My husband has had a hip replacement and struggled.
• Camila Yuri (6/5): Péssima experiência, apesar do lindo quarto - O quarto é lindíssimo e muito confortável. A equipe não é nem um pouco gentil. Não te auxiliam em absolutamente nada e ainda são rudes e mal educados. Uma pena que estragaram uma estadia que deveria ser tão boa (era a última noite da nossa lua de mel no Japão), em um hotel tão bacana, com um staff tão ruim. Todos os pontos positivos não compensam os negativos. Depois do check out não me deixaram nem usar o banheiro do local mais.

Available 1 person at the counter making sure you are all set and have what you need This place has no view or window. There are no places to put your clothes which means that we had to let our luggage’s wide open in the tiny leaving room making difficult to move in there.

• ANNE-FRANCE (9/5): Très chouette appart hotel, parfait pour les familles - En réalité il s'agit plus d'un appart hôtel que d'un hôtel, en revanche, celui ci est parfaitement équipé et bien placé pour rayonner sur Asakusa, Ueno et le Nord/Centre de Tokyo. Plusieurs très bons restos dans la rue de derrière et même si pas de pdj sur place, l'offre sur Kuramae -à 2mn - est riche - cafés et boulangeries de qualité. Appart très propre, sdb canon, literie confortable. Rue un peu bruyante et huisseries pas très hermétiques, prévoyez les boules quies. Pas de vue, appart quasi aveugle (donne sur un escalier de secours) mais pour 2j ça n'est pas un souci. Très bien pensé et bien éclairé par ailleurs. Accueil sympathique et efficace. L'isolation phonique, et une offre de pdj serait bienvenue

• Lana (8/5): - The rooms were a good size for our family (6 people in total so we had 2 rooms) however 3 people per room left very little space for luggage storage. Clean facilities and a good sized bath and shower. The location was around a 10 minute walk from the main shopping and eating part of Asakusa and very close to Kuramae Station. It is on a main road so there are often emergency vehicles with sirens going past during the night. Other than that it was quiet. Luggage storage was difficult in the room. The beds were quite hard so we did end up with bruised hips being side sleepers. The pillows were also very thin.

Jó az elhelyezkedés, könnyen elérhető minden Tokióban A helykihasználás a szobánkban nem volt a legtökéletesebb, számunkra haszontalan dolgok foglalták a helyet, így pl nem volt ruhásszekrény. A recepciós az ottlétünk alatt sajnos nem volt a helyzet magaslatán, szerettük volna velük intéztetni a bőröndjeink elküldését Kyotoba, de nem sikerült megoldani, így magunknak elintéztük egy leadóhelyen.

• Simone (10/5): Small cute hotel with everything you need - I was a bit worried about check in as we arrived at 2am, but it was easy. The code to the hotel and room were emailed the day before we arrived. We stayed in the family suite with 2 teenagers for three nights and while we struggled to find somewhere to store our suitcases, we managed! The beds were very comfortable, the fat doonas made us feel very snug. There was plenty of coffee and teas and bathroom bits like toothbrush etc. The location was perfect for us. While we didn’t really enjoy the hustle and bustle of the main downtown areas if you go into the backstreets you’ll find some hidden gems. We were able to walk to Ueno and sky tree tower and the river with all the cherry blossoms in full bloom. There were two stations nearby and many family markets and 711s, so the convenience was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. The staff were extremely helpful and were more than happy to let us store our bags for a full day on our last day. -

In naher Umgebung sind auch einige sehr gute Restaurants, die deutlich weniger überlaufen waren als an den Hot Spots und die v.a. auch keine besonderen Bedingungen (wie z.B. jeder muss mindestens 1 Hauptgericht und 1 Getränk bestellen - selbst ein 3-jähriges Kind) hatten. Etwas staubig war das Zimmer nachdem nicht geputzt wurde während des Aufenthaltes von 5 Tagen. Aber das Zimmer war trotzdem sehr schön und sehr geräumig und das Personal überaus freundlich. Beim späten Check-in war ein Zettel an der Tür mit unseren Zugangsdaten. Alles perfekt organisiert. Gerne jederzeit wieder!

• Kirsten (10/5): Stylish and well designed mini apartment - Beautifully designed and stylish and a great size for a family of 3. Seemed brand new! Good beds and bathroom with bath. Cute pjs provided. Loved the nespresso machine and large towels. It's easy walking distance to subways, the river and Asakusa without being in the crowded tourist area. There was limited natural light which is normal. The pillows and sofa could have been nicer (probably cultural preferences). Some restaurant recommendations would be great.

• Darren (10/5): Convenience well priced wonderful Japanese experience - I really like the hotel. It gave me the unique Japanese vibe experience. The location was great. The bed was very comfortable. We had all the amenities inside the room we needed. The location was also fantastic and it was short walking distance to 2 different train lines. I would say it was hard to say I didn’t like anything.

• Lorenzo (8/5): Modern meets traditie - Hele mooie hotelkamer waar je comfortabel in kunt verblijven. Het gaf ons zeker het gevoel dat we in Japan waren. Kamer was overduidelijk recent gebouwd/verbouwd en de conditie was in topstaat. Redelijk dichtbij Senso-ji en een metro station waardoor we lekker rond Asakusa konden rondlopen. De kamer was fors aan de prijs, zeker wel het duurste hotel, maar we hebben in Kyoto voor de helft van de prijs een beter hotel gehad. Ik zou hier zo weer verblijven als er wat aan de prijs wordt gedaan, want ik zou het anders niet nog een keer boeken.

• Klaus Detlef (8/5): - We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful, newly built apartment. It is well-designed, with modern furniture and a fresh, clean feel throughout. The layout is practical, especially with two separate toilets and a large bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, which made our stay very comfortable. The washing and drying machine was also a great convenience. What we did not like was that space had not been made for four proper beds. The apartment only has two single beds and one bunk bed, which is not very practical for more than two adults or families with older children. Four separate beds would have made the apartment much more flexible. It also seems that the first floor could potentially have been arranged differently to create space for a separate bedroom, which would have improved the layout for larger groups.
• WEN-YIN (8/5): - This stay at MKG HOTEL was overall a pleasant experience. The room was more spacious than expected and comfortable. The surrounding area was very quiet at night, allowing for good rest and sleep quality. Since the hotel is located near a main road, traffic noise in the early morning can slightly affect sleep. In addition, the dryer function of the washing machine was not very efficient, and clothes were difficult to dry completely. There was also limited space in the room for hanging laundry, which was a bit inconvenient.

Our traditional Japanese room was so spacious with two bedrooms, living area, separate toilet, separate wet room with shower & bath, two wash basins, washer/dryer, & full kitchen! Everything you needed was included. Staff were beyond amazing - helpful & so polite. Loved getting the hotel & room access info before arriving, as made getting into the hotel out of hours sooo easy! He was very helpful and clear with his answers to our questions. His English was great and that made things for us so much easier. Thank you. No place to put luggage.
• Stacy (10/5): Excellent customer service with a great room and super clean! - The most accommodating and kind staff we have ever met. They were patient, helpful, and accommodating for us the entire time. Even after we had checked out and needed to store our luggage and wait in the lobby for our car to the airport. Nothing.
• Bence (10/5): kényelem és tisztáság tökéletes kombinációja - Minden! 7 szálláson voltunk a 12 napos utunk alatt és ez volt a legtisztább! Ilyennel eddig csak a luxus szállodákban találkoztunk. Kicsit zajos volt, de minket ez abszolút nem zavart, csak jó tudni annak, akit igen (de biztosítanak füldugót!).

• Sanghwan (7/5): - 내부 인테리어와 시설은 깔끔한편이고, 아사쿠사 역과 가까워 이동이 편리합니다. 프런트의 직원들도 친절합니다. 룸클리닝 서비스가 제대로 되지 않았습니다. 기본적인 비품을 채워주지 않았고 방청소가 대충 되어 있었습니다. 관리가 필요합니다. 또한 외부 소음이 방안으로 그대로 유입됩니다. 도로의 차소음은 물론 옆방의 키 버튼 누르는 소리가 또렷하게 들립니다. 수면의 방해가 되는 요소가 많습니다.
• Aekadul (8/5): Excellent hotel - Very big size of room, the room were great, laundry and toilet was nice. Everything about this property is perfect, except the room on level 2 is too bright from the Main Street light at night time .

• Sharon (8/5): clean, great location and nice staff - We loved the location, great access to 2 metro stops, many small shops and cafes right out the door, amazing sweet potato stall half a block away, a must!! the room we had did not have windows that you can see out which felt a little claustrophobic, we were on the 1 level (lobby level)

• Emma (9/5): - Great location. Direct train from Haneda airport and then a short walk. Very clean and new. Washing machine and small kitchen. 7/11 across the road. 2 pillows needed for each bed.

• Sydney (9/5): Comfortable stay at a great location - There is a great breakfast cafe right around the corner and multiple close convenience stores to choose from. The subway stations were also within walking distance and not too difficult to travel to/from with luggage. The futons were a bit flat but they were happy to supply extra pillows when asked for.

• Mizuho (8/5): 快適！ - ・駅からも近い ・部屋も広め ・布団も広くて大きく快適 ・チェックインアウト対応が簡単（事前チェックイン有りだから ・荷物もフロントに預けられる ・ナンバーキー（キーレスエントリー） 特に良くなかったことはないですが、希望としては ・加湿器が欲しかったかも（この時期特に ・ワインオープナー、栓抜きを設備に入れておいてくれると助かるかも
