• Dennis (4/5): Selbst für eine Nacht nur bedingt zu empfehlen - Bett relativ groß, TV gut und Ausstattung mit Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank gut. Beim Checkin wurde mein Pass auf den Boden geworfen und erst nach Minuten aufgehoben. Bad/Toilettenbereich sehr eng. Bett mit Stahlgestell. Scheppert extrem laut, wenn man aus Versehen dagegenkommt.
• Aaron (1/5): I hope no one self tortures themselves by staying there - There was absolutely nothing to like about this property The shower was put together from parts not belonging in a shower. The walls, floors and doors had dirt streaks on them. The towels were brown and had hair. The bed smelled. The door barely locked. I ended booking another hotel and not even staying When I tried to check out. The staff was aggressive and not wanting to let me check out or get a receipt.

There was unknown stuff smeared on the bathroom wall the shower was almost unusable the shower head would not bend im a short person and there was barely any room to move there was a massive closet that the bathroom could have extened too. The tv remote wouldn't work with the TV, and the front desk wouldn't come fix it. There was a crack in the bathroom door it didnt look like anyone really cleaned the bathroom and bathroom, which was easily able to see in from outside it made it uncomfortable.

• Nai (10/5): Don't judge a book by it's cover - The outside of this property did NOT prepare me for the comfort and homey vibes I got once we got inside... The desk clerk could not be found in the morning to refund my deposit. 11am is checkout but we couldn't get anyone to the office until 12. They ended up finding that the ring doorbell had died and wasn't alerting the staff .. It was an honest mistake, but the only dislike about our entire stay

• Heaven (5/5): It was okay very quiet but the bathroom shower needs some work - There was no breakfast but the beds were nice and comfy. The shower spilled a lot of water. Once out the shower the floor was flooded , its kinda like a pool shower

• Tsosie (2/5): Do yourself a favor and spend that extra $20 on a better place to stay. You will thank yourself. - It looks cute from the outside. They had Christmas lights hung up. It was ghetto and cheap. There was blood on our mattress, bathroom felt creepy, and the room overall felt uncomfortable. Dirty. There were definitely drug dealers/users next door to my room as they were in and out of their rooms constantly leaving and coming back all throughout the night. Honking their horns and super obnoxious. Pretty sure they were out making drug runs.

• Aritz (1/5): - Nada Teníamos reservada una habitación con dos camas y cuando llegamos nos dijo el chico de recepción que no nos podía dar esa habitación y nos dio una habitación con una cama. Como recompensa por el fallo nos ofreció ¡Una botella de vino! No nos ofreció una bajada de precio o una devolución parcial. En la web aparece que hacen limpieza diaria de la habitación y no es así. No limpiaron ni cambiaron toallas ningún día. Aparte de eso teníamos pedido dos paquetes para que llegasen al hotel pero no llegaron antes de terminar la estancia y decidimos dejarles una nota ( no había nadie en la recepción de 24h) con 60$ para que nos hicieran el favor de mandarnos los paquetes a España pero no nos han mandado nada y no contestan a los distintos email y mensajes que hemos mandado por distintos canales. Una absoluta decepción.

They failed to honour our booking, which awa a relief as it looked frankly quite scary and right on a busy, noosy road. From what we could see the motel is nothing like the pictures. Staff were hopeless and lied to us. The motel looked insecure, noisy and dangerous

• Theresa (8/5): Loved the look of the place and price is great. Have a real cleaning company come do a sanitation service and send you c - That they are dog friendly. Rooms were filthy. I mopped the floors each day I was there and the mop water still was black. I took the sheets that were covered in hair and specs of dirt and the towels that are stained black and gray back to the front desk and told him I took video and can give it to him. He said he would speak with housekeeping. I purchased and used and washed my own bedding and towels for the time I stayed. The next room I stayed in she had just cleaned that morning supposedly. Same conditions but worse. I think you would have a really nice motel there if you upgrade your cleaning crew. Also, feral cats and several litters of kittens and skunks everywhere the residence at the motel feed them and they will never leave.

• Anonymous (1/5): Bad - The rooms smelled so bad it was unbelievable, pulled back the bedding and the sheets were covered with hair, the floor was sticky. I was in the room for 3 minutes turned around left and just took the 100$ loss.
• Anonymous (7/5): Ok for a night or two if you only plan to sleep there. - Location was convenient, although we did hear the train go by a few times. There was a used car lot behind the motel so not much to look at out the window. The young man at the front desk was nice and checked us in pretty quickly. We were able to walk (about 15-20 mins) to the Gilroy Outlets, fast food, and the 7-11. We were specifically looking for a 2 bedroom. It was listed as a 2 bedroom apartment; there were two rooms, and there were two beds in there. I had envisioned a bit more based on how it was listed. The bathroom was tiny, there were no towel racks and no where to put your toiletries. There was barely enough room to use the toilet. You couldn't really even turn around in the shower. The beds are on some type of metal frame (not the typical metal frame) so every time you moved, it squeaked. While there was a microwave and fridge, there was no table or anything to put stuff on near them. There was a table in the second bedroom, but the fridge and microwave were in the main room.

• Martinez (9/5): Would stay here again, for a quick stay! - It was nice & cozy! Beds were comfortable, the room was clean, bathroom was big! I also liked that we were able to park right in front of our room. The area is a quiet area! The property is right across the train tracks, so you can hear the train passing by. Didn’t bother me! I think I only heard it once, so it doesn’t pass often. The property is a bit hidden! So you gotta pay attention as you get closer to the address! The water pressure in the shower wasn’t as great & the warm water took a while to come out. Got the job done tho! LOL!

• Nai (10/5): This will be my go to every time I need to rent a room and I will recommend Budget to family/friends - Everything! The cost to stay here was reasonable. Location was nice and quiet. Honestly the outside looks like it would be outdated on the inside because its an older looking building but I was wrong. Its very much updated inside with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of towels, Plenty of room and very clean! I was impressed how clean it was and the privacy was so great!. Parking was right outside the room, just a few steps from the door. The rooms are more like little studio apartments. It didn't feel like a hotel. Best of all, they provide shampoo and conditioner hair product AND body wash. Pump size bottle and they smell great. This is the only room at this price that provides these products and its a huge plus. Don't have anything negative to say. (Maybe a 12 O'clock check out would be nice.)

• Joseph (3/5): Filthy and Dirty. Nothing “new” about it - It was an OK location close to Downtown Gilroy and the Outlets. The frontdesk person was nice but the grossness of the hotel is out of his hands The place is filthy. We had to use a cleaning spray and wiped everything down. For a “newly remodeled” motel, it was way far from that. It just looked like the owner grabbed furniture from a liquidation sale of another hotel and threw it in without wiping anything down. The walls were spackled and painted which is probably the only thing that is new. The place was horrendous and this is after moving rooms a few times due to rooms smelling really strong of perfume trying to cover the obvious cigarette smoke smell. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
