• Ayushi Maheshwari (10/5): - The property was absolutely amazing. It was even better than the pictures. Its true, it is undoubtedly the best view in Dubai. Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountains were fantastic to enjoy from the balcony itself. The house was super clean, beautiful and with all amenities. Dubai Mall was just 5 mins walk away and building was quite posh with gym and pool facilities for adults and kids. The house had everything needed for our stay with family and the hosts were very responsive with any question we had during our stay and even provided us with additional items that we needed quickly. They kindly provided cot and high chair for our 2 year old. Hosts were very responsive even before the stay to provide us with visa letters on time , which was appreciated. Location is brilliant and food/groceries deliveries were very convenient though the Careem app. We stayed for 5 nights and i think this stay was the highlight of our trip and will definitely recommend it to others. Added benefits, access to swimming pool (family friendly & views of Burj Khalifa) & gym. Seriously, great value for money. My family, we had a genuine amazing time.

• Martin (9/5): Amazing stay. Couple quick notes to those that follow. - The location was amazing. Our host Mohammed was excellent and extremely helpful. The unit was very clean and functional. Close walk to most of the must do attractions and they also are right outside your balcony. The pool was down for maintenance which was a bummer for the kids. It would have been nice to know that. Also for us the fountain shows were amazing! But starting this weekend (I believe) they will be closed for the majority of the year. So 2 of the 4 big draws will be down for a bit so confirm before booking.

We had a direct view of the Burj Khalifa, the dancing fountains, and Burj Khalifa Park. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the Dubai Mall and several restaurants nearby. They also offer a valet service if you arrive by car. The staff is very friendly and courteous. There's nothing to dislike. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and will definitely book this apartment again during my next stay.
