• Sana (4/5): - We stayed at this hotel but unfortunately faced many issues: • Cold air came through the windows and doors at night, and we even caught a cold. • Towels were never changed, and nobody came to clean the room during our stay. • No dishwashing liquid was provided – just a bottle filled with water. • A used sponge was left in the kitchen, which was very unhygienic. • When booking, the pool was listed as available, but after check-in we were told it was closed. Because of these problems, our stay was far from what we expected.

• Кугай (5/5): - Удобное расположение — недалеко магазины и пляж. На территории есть бассейн и бесплатная парковка. Район тихий и спокойный, имеются две террасы. Полотенец и постельного белья было достаточно, а кухня оснащена всей необходимой утварью для приготовления еды. В правилах квартиры было указано, что нельзя сушить вещи и полотенца в помещении, но при этом на улице не было предусмотрено никаких удобств для этого. На мой запрос хозяин поделился только адресом ближайшей прачечной самообслуживания, поэтому полотенца приходилось сушить на уличных стульях, что оказалось не очень удобно. Также хотелось бы отметить, что пол в квартире был не до конца чистым — белые носки быстро темнели. В комнате на стене заметна плесень, и верхняя часть дверной лутки имела повреждения от неё. Эти моменты немного снизили общий комфорт проживания.

• Christoph (1/5): buchen das nächste Mal etwas anderes - Gute Anlage, nahe Zentrum, tolle und saubere Poolanlage Umgebung nicht sonderlich gepflegt. Als wir ankamen war Abfall im Garten, Kübel aussen bei der Anlage wurden während des Aufenthaltes z.T. gar nicht geleert. Wifi ungenügend. Die Betten eine Katastrophe, Schaumstoffmatratzen und Schaumstoffkissen. Meine Frau und die Kinder bekamen Läuse!!! Eckelerregend - never ever again!

• Rok (5/5): - The location, village itself, and the pool. It was unacceptably dirty. Someone took a shower before we arrived - the shower was wet with an empty shampoo bottle and black hairs in it. Dead and alive insects everywhere, spider nets - and the worst of all - THERE WAS A HUGE AND DANGEROUS WASP NEST at the upper balcony. We couldn't open the windows, or use that upper balcony. We are very dissapointed by those basics, and we think it is really shame, as the village and the village pools are really nice, and the location is good. We wanted to return and therefore - are very sorry.

• Martina (4/5): Molto deludende - Buona posizione vicino al mare e al centro. Risposte veloci e d'aiuto da chi ha in gestione l'appartamento. Contratto da firmare solo dopo aver pagato, a cancellazione non più rimborsabile. Processo infinito di check-in in cui era necessario, oltre a completare dati e mandare foto dei documenti, anche scattare selfie di tutti con la carta d'identità, senza possibilità di caricare immagini dal telefono o procedere nel processo se gli ospiti sono meno della capacità massima dell'appartamento. Posto auto stretto e inutilizzabile. Impossibilità di usare la piscina prima o dopo il check-in: avendo prenotato una sola notte non siamo riusciti a sfruttarla, ed è uno dei motivi principali per cui avevamo scelto questa struttura. Appartamento sporco, con ragnatele negli angoli e bicchieri utilizzati sul tavolo esterno. La porta finestra della camera era aperta. Letti scomodi e senza lenzuolo, coperte macchiate. Prodotti in omaggio del bagno aperti e lasciati in doccia. Non c'era una spugna o del detersivo piatti per lavare piatti o posate, solo UNA pastiglia della lavastoviglie. Cestini senza sacchetti della spazzatura. Wi-fi non funzionante. Probabilmente, sapendo che saremmo rimasti per poco, non si sono neanche sprecati di fare le pulizie. Inaccettabile.

• David (7/5): Nice pool, accomodation has some disadvantages. - Nice location, the pool was fine too, although we didnt use much. For 5 people the accomodation was a bit small and obsolete. The bed in the bedroom was quite loud (every turn made us be awoken). Very strict rules for how NOT to use the towels around the pool and how to dry those. Felt like i am in a kindergarten.

• Alice (7/5): - • La location è ottima, comoda e vicina a tutto. • La struttura è nuova, moderna e ben tenuta. • La piscina è molto bella e rende il soggiorno piacevole, soprattutto per le famiglie. • In generale, l’appartamento ha ottime potenzialità. • Pulizia insufficiente all’arrivo: abbiamo trovato resti degli ospiti precedenti nei cassetti e nemmeno una tazza pulita in cucina a disposizione (erano tutte incrostate) • Il lavandino del bagno era bloccato e abbiamo atteso più di un giorno per ricevere una risposta. • La lavatrice non funzionava e abbiamo dovuto contattare l’assistenza. • La proprietà richiede agli ospiti di lasciare l’appartamento pulito (incluso passare i pavimenti), ma non fornisce nemmeno i prodotti base per farlo: né spray per superfici, né detergenti per il pavimento. • Nessun gesto di accoglienza in casa (come una bottiglietta d’olio o qualche essenziale da cucina), che in altre strutture è invece la norma. • Il garage è molto piccolo, per un’auto e mezza a essere generosi. Nonostante avessimo parcheggiato al limite del muro, abbiamo ricevuto una mail dal management dai toni piuttosto scortesi, minacciando la rimozione dell’auto. • Il processo di check-in è lungo e macchinoso, e la comunicazione eccessivamente formale e piena di regole, a fronte però di una gestione poco accogliente.

• Magda (9/5): Nie przyjeżdżaj dużym autem.... - Piękna zamknięta wioska wypoczynkowa. Nie za duża.bez tłoku. Świetnie zagospodarowana przestrzeń. Świetny basen. Bardzo czysto. Apartament z ogródkiem to duży komfort. Miły gest to włączona klima i chłodny pokój na powitanie. Apartament przestronny, ładnie urządzony. Wygodne łóżka. Klima w dwóch pokojach to plus. Pralka się przydała. Zmywarka jest super , fajnie że były tabletki do niej. Jest ekspres, kawiarki, w kuchni brakuje tylko jednego. Kieliszków do wina. Łazienka czysta. Są kosmetyki, ale tylko na jedno użycie. Telewizor Smart z aplikacjami jest ok (trzeba mieć swojego użytkownika np do prime) są gąbki do naczyń, ścierka, przyprawy. Nie ma gniazdek na okrągłe wtyczki,.tylko to od lodówki . Nie ma przejściówek. Parking podziemny byłby super. Niestety miejsce parkingowe które nam w nim zaoferowano to kpina. Miejsca jest na dwa samochody ale wielkości fiata 500. Możesz wjechać na papier ale nie wysiądziesz. Nie mamy dużego samochodu, ale passat, audi A6 czy jakiś SUV nie ma szans się zmieścić. Właściciela ten problem nie interesuje. Na wysłaną wiadomość z zapytanie czy możemy zaparkować na dworze (nie było pełnego obłożenia, około 2/5 domków była pusa) nie pomógł. Tak więc jeśli jedziecie audi a4 w wzwyż nie będziecie mieli co zrobić z autem. Jechaliśmy z północy Włoch i mimo, że się zameldowaliśmy poprzedniego dnia, nie dostaliśmy instrukcji wejścia. Dopiero po wysłaniu maila przyszła. Instrukcja obfituje w zakazy o groźby. W mieszkaniu , na basenie też mnóstwo pouczających karteczek- nie pierze tak bo obciążymy cię kosztami itp.co nie robi dobrej atmosfery.do tego mail na koniec , że masz się co do minuty wymeldować bo jak nie...a z garażu też masz zniknąć i klucze odłożyć , bo jak nie to... A potem wiadomość na koniec pełna uśmiechów i miłych słów, bo oni to uznają tylko ocenę 10🤔 mimo tych wiadomości i problemu z parkingiem pobyt był udany i możliwe , że wrócimy... fiatem 500 lub 126p😜 Podejście właściciela do gości. Brak parkingu na którym zmieści się samochód inny niż fiat 500 lub corsa

When we checked in, we indicated our car, they sent us the parking space number, when we drove in, it turned out that the space was occupied by a large van and we could not park there. An appeal to the staff did not lead to anything, as a result, the staff wrote that we ourselves needed to find a parking place outside the territory on the streets

• Dženita (7/5): - Der Pool und die Anlage an sich waren sehr schön und gepflegt. Es waren genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Wir hatten ein Garagenstellplatz für unser Auto. Komunikation mit dem Gastgeber war Problemlos, es wurde uns alles detailliert erklärt. Die Sauberkeit war nicht auf dem höhstem Niveau. Vor allem der Boden und der Balkon. Nach dem betreten des Apartments hatten wir gleich dreck an denn füßen.

• Resmija (6/5): Für 1 Nacht gut, länger eher nicht - Man hatte es nicht zu weit zum Strand und auch nicht zu weit um in die Stadt zu kommen Die Schlüssel konnten wir erst nicht finden der nette Hausmeister von der anderen Anlage hatte uns dann geholfen, er meinte das dies nicht das erste Mal ist das die Leute den Schlüssel nicht finden

Nessun rumore dagli altri condomini, quindi penso che l'insonorizzazione sia ok. Un ringraziamento allo staff per aver messo la culla all'ultimo momento. Check-in relativamente tardi (15:00) e check-out piuttosto presto (10:00) - sarebbe stato carino poter usare almeno la piscina fino alle 14:00, ma immagino che la permanenza media solitamente sia più lunga rispetto l'unica notte passata da me e la mia famiglia. Il parcheggio sotterraneo non è sufficientemente spazioso.

• Ciprian (4/5): - Anlage war groß, Parkplatz ist super, Zentrumsnah etwa 600 Meter gute 10 min zu laufen. Häuser sind in die Jahre gekommen, alles alt drinnen und kaputt, Betten unbequem, Badezimmer klein . Nicht zu empfehlen, müsste mal alles renoviert werden.

• Monika (8/5): - Kluce boli schowane tam, kde pisal ubytovatel. Parkovisko vnutorne vsak bolo spinave a neskutocne uzke. Auto sa tam zmestilo, ale nedalo sa vystupit. Takze za mna radsej parkovat vonku. Mohla tam byt mikrovlnka, mohlo tam byt mydlo na sprchovanie, mohli tam byt pohare na vino. Zle sa tam kurilo, bola tam neskutocna zima. Je to naozaj letne letovisko, inak by to asi bolo ok. Je to vsak velmi daleko k moru, ak by clovek chcel s vecami ist. Ale to zalezi od cloveka. Inak cisto a v pohode, len naozaj ta zima tam bola hrozna.
