Mary (3/5): Op zich goed, alleen jammer van de sleutel en het gebrek aan handdoeken, thee en suiker. - Locatie was top, lekker dicht bij de bus- en tramhalte. De sleutels ophalen: Miste de code voor de sleutelbox en heb 90 min moeten staan wachten, in de regen.. Er werd niet gereageerd op bellen en berichtjes sturen. Heb de mail gemist met instructies, deze bevatte een klein pdf-bestand waar de code instond; in de Booking.com-App stond daar niks over. Kreeg uiteindelijk hulp van een mede-gast. Eén grote badhanddoek, één kleine handdoek en een kleine theedoek voor 5 dagen is veel te weinig, heb om nieuwe schone handdoeken gevraagd, maar daar werd niet op gereageerd. Wel een koffiezetautomaat aanwezig met zoetjes; geen thee en geen suiker..

Valerio (8/5): Basel is a calm but wonderful city. Prices are definitely high, but our stay has been wonderful. Public transport is fre - Optimal position in order to visit the city center Too few sockets. Having one in the bathroom and one near the bed would’ve been more comfortable
