Все необходимое для самостоятельного проживания есть! Рекомендую для семейного отдыха! Есть один маленький минус, окна спальни выходят на проезжую часть из-за этого немного шумно!

• Doreen (4/5): Mehr shabby als chic - Insgesamt stilvoll eingerichtetes, geräumiges Apartment mit toller Dachterrasse. • Kein Hinweis bzw. keine Kennzeichnung an der Klingel • Die Haupteingangstür lässt sich nur mit Schlüssel schließen • Instabiles Geländer und potenziell gefährliche Treppe • Das Türschloss der Wohnungstür ist teilweise defekt • Die Beleuchtung im Eingangsbereich der Wohnung funktioniert nicht • Die Tür zwischen Schlafzimmer und Wohnbereich schließt nicht richtig • Keine Garderobe oder Haken im Wohnbereich und im Badezimmer vorhanden • Beide Türen zur Terrasse sind beschädigt • Der Türgriff im Badezimmer ist defekt • Kein Duschvorhang vorhanden • Die Waschmaschine versperrt den Zugang zur Toilette • Die Toilette funktioniert nicht zuverlässig und ist sehr laut • Toilettenpapier muss in einem Mülleimer entsorgt werden (Hygieneproblem) • Einige Handtücher waren nicht sauber • Fernsehprogramme sind nicht verfügbar: Der Fernseher kann nur mit einem Apple-Konto genutzt werden, ohne entsprechende Erklärung

• Jannick (6/5): À améliorer sur certains points - Les espaces plutôt agréables L’emplacement proche Flagey Le confort de la literie Les équipements La chambre est bruyante car donnant sur la rue. Sans boules quies, vous ne dormirez pas. On en avait heureusement. Les toilettes surprenantes… La porte fenêtre cassée sur la terrasse et cela n’était pas indiqué Le linge de toilette (deux serviettes tachées)
• Jean Nicolas (7/5): - L'appartement est très proche de la place Flagey avec ses animations et commodités et dispose d'une terrasse côté jardin. Il est "traversant" et on y trouve outre une chambre séparée un canapé lit, une machine vaisselle, un lave linge et une grande TV. Les hôtes sont très amicaux Le tarif est très interessant La chambre est côté rue, et c'est une rue bruyante. Elle aurait de plus mérité une meilleure occultation de la lumière. L'appartement est propre, mais mériterait un meilleur entretien Le WC est à broyeur et n'accepte pas de papier WC qu'il faut mettre dans une poubelle
• Beverley (5/5): The apartment was adequate but really let down with the broken and insecure patio to the rear. - The location was good for us, being close to family, close to public. transport,shops, bars and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked. Lovely big bath. Towels bedding and toiletries provided were generous. The kitchen was a bit grubby. The kettle was broken. The lighting was inadequate - central light in room not working. There was a lot of noise from the road outside the bedroom and from renovations/ music going on in the retail space downstairs. The doors at the back of apartment were not secure and broken - it left the apartment insecure and drafty.

• Giulia (9/5): Wonderful stay - La casa è super accessoriata, dotata di tutto il necessario per lunghi soggiorni (lavatrice, asse da stiro, aspirapolvere, lavastoviglie....). Gli spazi sono generosi, la terrazza nel verde è super piacevole, la cucina è dotata di tutti gli utensili per cucinare anche piatti elaborati. La posizione è eccellente, a due passi da ristoranti e mezzi di trasporto per tutta la città. Ci sono giochi per bambini e il proprietario è stato disponibile, attento e premuroso. Purtroppo la camera da letto è un po' rumorosa perché affaccia sulla strada, e le tende lasciano passare la luce: ma con tappi e mascherina si risolve il problema!
