• Laurence (10/5): - cAppartement au calme donnant sur un petit jardin côté salon et une rue calme côté chambres. Il est bien situé car proche de la gare, du marché Forville et du port. Il est lumineux et avec un petit balcon. Petit problème à l'arivée car pas de drap prévu pour le canapé lit mais très vite rectifié par le propiétaire. Bonne réactivité.

• OLYMPIA (8/5): - We liked the convenient location which was very close to the town centre and facilities. Also, the spacious rooms and two bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen and the sunny balcony were really good. The communication with the owner was bad before our stay. I had to send him three emails before I got a reply. Also, we wanted to enter the flat half an hour earlier from the scheduled time, we called the owner many times and we got no reply either. Our request to stay for an extra half an hour in the end due to our late flight was not accepted by the owner. In general we didn't have a good experience with the owner.

• Fatima (10/5): - L'appartement est décoré avec goût, tout y était fonctionnel, literie et équipements au top. La qualité est au rendez-vous. La propriétaire Kristin est très sympathique. Je recommande cet hébergement à Cannes pour un séjour très agréable.

Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und sie hat eine sehr gute Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Nichts

• Belinda (8/5): Clean, spacious, comfortable in convenient location. - It was clean, comfortable beds and well equipped in a convenient location. Good communication. We appreciated being able to drop off our luggage upon arrival. It was noisy at times, dog barking & what sounded like building work late night & early morning, all coming from other properties within the building. We noticed some Ants in kitchen & bedroom.
• Nicola (8/5): Lovely stay, nice apartment, short walk from La Croisette but quite steep if you are not fit - Location was good although it was a steep walk from the centre of Cannes to the property. Apartment was clean with good facilities like kitchen, dishwasher etc The steep walk to the property, the communal staircase up to the apartment was dark at night, no lighting

• Laia (10/5): Very charming spacious and practical apartment - Spacious and lovely apartment in a beautiful, quiet area, but close to the Croisette. Very good communication, very friendly. And having two bathrooms was great. We loved the little balcony with views of the gardens below. Very charming. The detergent used for the sheets and towels is too strong. It gave us allergy. Pleas use a milder one and tbe apartment would an all round 10.
• Florentin (10/5): fabulos - The apartment is at first floor in a relatively old building, but it is renovated and modernly furnished with top equipment There are 2 spacious bathrooms, one of them included in one of the bedrooms, equipped with everything necessary (10 for fluffy towels) The apartment is located very close to the restaurant area in Rue de Antibes and a 5-minute walk from a paid parking lot (16.5 Euro/day). We were lucky and parked our rental car for free in front of the property in 3 of the 5 days we stayed there. The host was very kind and gave us some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The apartment is heated only with air conditioners (one for each room), I don't know if it is enough in winter, but for us in May it was ok
• Neelu (10/5): Wonderful stay, ideally located. - The location was ideal -Julien was available and helpful for all our queries. It is close to everything. Just a short walk away from the station and the Rue de Antibes street. Very close to the farmers market. Parking garage 2 minutes away. Would’ve been nice if we got some soaps n shampoo for our stay. There were coffee machines but no pods - one doesn’t want to run around to organise all these items when u are on a holiday. One bathroom had no latch / lock
• Michelle (10/5): Excellent apartment with full facilities and great location - The apartment was clean, with air conditioning in each room and large enough for 5 persons, and with two bathrooms, this was an added bonus. Also, location was great for getting into city and about 10-12min walk from the train station. Having to deal with stairs, when you have a large suitcase. Could have done with extra pillows, as they were pretty flat.
• Lukasz (10/5): Explore the famous city in a few days - This is amazing place. You can feel like a "star" in a beautiful city. You can reach beach quickly and walk through a main places of the city. Host is very helpful and you can ask about anything. She prepared own Guide (in English) which helps you get to know Cannes deeply :) You can go almost everywhere by walk. I didn't use my car for a few days. If you want to rest - try it ;) Sometimes badly parked cars honked by others early in the morning. This is not an issue of this property of course.

• Elina (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment is located 10 minutes walk from Croisette, food market and other small shops are in 5 minutes walking distance. Everything you can imagine you might need in the apartment is there. Design is pleasant, very cosy balcony, 2 bedrooms and 1 baths. Great host!

• Patrick (9/5): Simply put excellent - Only downside was the "extra cost" associated with the deposit fee. As the deposit was with a credit card I lost $47.00 with the exchange loss between the debit and credit transactions. Might be handy to keep cash as an option for this.
