- Max Paolo (7/5): Im Notfall in Ordnung - (Eigentliches Hotel NH Atlanta versehentlich einen Monat früher gebucht, so blieb dank knappem Budget nur ein Hostel (zu 38,50/Nacht).) + Weiche Matratze plus weicher Topper + Vorhang/Beleuchtung/Steckdose + Wirklich gut riechende Seife! - Die nur mit einem Vorhang verschlossene Kapsel ist in einem Raum mit dutzenden weiteren Kapseln und man hört jeden rein und raus gehen die ganze Nacht durch. Mit Ohrenstöpseln aber spätestens in der zweiten Nacht ok. - Vorhängeschlösser für die Spinte und Handtücher nur gegen Gebühr. -Matratze/Kapsel echt schmal, schätze ca. 80cm. (Da ich sowohl 70er- als auch 90er-Matratzen kenne).

- Kira (6/5): - Location is good, 15 min walk from central station and near to the metro. A couple blocks away are many streets with bars and restaurants. The 32 bed dorm was good, didn’t feel too crowded with individual lockers that fit my backpack. Staff were all very friendly They advertise 24-hr front desk but I arrived at 10:30 and wasn’t able to get inside the hostel until after 11. The next morning people were waiting to check out (it’s done via email link) but no one was again at the desk until 11 so don’t count on the reception being 24 hours.

Ci ludzie przed hotelem 24h na dobę jakby bezdomni koczowali w okolicach, brak szafek na walizkę tylko plecak się zmieści. i trzeba się nauczyć otwierać drzwi przy pomocy kodu QR .

Again, was super convenient and affordable as well, clean, secure and mostly safe as well, that’s the extreme important you all you need in a Hostel. I didn’t meet something I didn’t like. I liked everything, was super peaceful! Extremely peaceful, everyone was minding their own business and keep the respect distance, which is perfect for a hostel environment. 💪🫡✨

- Daniela Mirela (8/5): Un buon ostello - La pozitione. Lo staff molto gentile alla mia richiesta di avere un letto in basso e quindi di cambiarlo. Il ragazzo della reception parlava inglese, olandese, francese e italiano. Ok, magari anche altro che io non so 😀 La privacy nel bagno. Pur essendo una camera molto numerosa, ho trovato il bagno quasi libero sia la sera ma sopratutto la mattina. Era una camera da 32 letti ma devo dire che le persone erano silenziose ed educate, nessun disturbo. Spazio sufficiente per appoggiare le cose. C'è una sala pranzo molto comoda attrezzata da microonde, frigo e altri utensili. La stazione metro proprio di fronte.

- MARIA JOSE (7/5): Buena relación calidad - precio- ubicación - La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, a 15 min de la estación central o del Market Hall. Nos tocó una habitación doble en la cuarta planta bajo cubierta. La habitación no era grande pero, al igual que el baño, tenía el tamaño adecuado para una par de días. El colchón y almohada cómodos. La habitación, aunque estaba limpia, tenía pequeños desperfectos como una balda caída o roces en el techo. En las zonas comunes no se olía especialmente bien por falta de una ventilación adecuada (esto no afectaba a la habitación).
- Jager (8/5): Idéal entre amies, équilibre entre confort et prix raisonné - Week end à 4 dans une chambre avec sdb privative, chambre intelligemment organisée, rien à dire sur la propreté, en revanche les sdb communes on ne sait pas si elles sont aussi irréprochables du peu qu'on en ai vu. Personnel très agréable avec possibilité de leur laisser les valises. Très bien situé, mise à part que le devant de l'auberge se transformait le soir en un repère à crack head, mais ils ne nous ont jamais embêté, et les fenêtres nous isolent très bien de leur bruit. Nous conseillons cette auberge ! Assez pentu, il faut avoir du cardio pour monter les étages avec les valises. Et pourquoi pas un sèche cheveux ? petit plus qui aurait pu être sympa

- MARIA GLORIA (5/5): Sistema de literas poco seguro - Hay aspectos positivos que valoro bastante. Las camas tipo pod cuentan con una cortina a los pies, lo que aporta un nivel de privacidad muy agradable dentro de una habitación compartida. Además, los baños están separados del dormitorio, lo cual también ayuda a mantener la tranquilidad y la intimidad. La ubicación es excelente. Hay puntos importantes a mejorar. El sistema de literas me pareció poco seguro: tanto la agarradera como los peldaños son resbaladizos y no resultan ergonómicos, lo que hace que subir y, sobre todo, bajarse de la cama sea incómodo e incluso peligroso. Las duchas tampoco fueron satisfactorias. El agua sale con muy poca presión y de forma muy dispersa, lo que dificulta una ducha cómoda.

- Kikuko (10/5): ロッテルダム中心部に位置するCoolDocksは、手頃な価格で快適に滞在できる便利な宿です。 - 最近、ロッテルダムのCoolDocksに滞在しましたが、全体的にとても満足できる体験でした。特に、手頃な価格で中心地に泊まりたい方にはぴったりの宿だと思います。 立地は非常に便利で、市内中心部にあり、ロッテルダム中央駅から徒歩圏内です。周辺にはショップやカフェ、公共交通機関も充実していて、市内の移動はほとんど徒歩で済ませることができました。 清潔さと快適さも十分に保たれており、客室や共用スペースはきちんと管理されていて、居心地の良い雰囲気でした。 スタッフも親切でフレンドリーで、いつでも気軽に対応してくれました。その温かい対応が滞在全体の印象をさらに良くしてくれました。 全体として、CoolDocksは立地の良さ、手頃な価格、そして快適に過ごせる環境を重視する方にとって素晴らしい選択肢です。特に一人旅の方や、ロッテルダム観光の拠点を探している方におすすめです。 x

Checkintime was from 3 pm, but the beds were ready from 5 pm. The toiletdoors and showerdoors couldn't be closed because they were foggy and swollen. The smell of the sanitary was really bad.

During the booking process I already wrote that I would like a bottom bunk that's in a quieter corner. Then on the day I was assigned a top bunk right in front of the door, and that all other beds were assigned already. So either all other people made a similar request before me, or they didn't care about my request at all. 2. There were no hair dryers in the shower rooms. I know it's not uncommon in hostels, but are we supposed to bring our own?

- Rianne Elgersma (6/5): Prima, niet bijzonder. - Het personeel was vriendelijk. Ze gaven aanbevelingen over de buurt en cafés. De prijs was prima, maar verwacht niet te veel van het hostel. De basis is aanwezig, maar daar betaal je dan ook enkel voor. Voor één nacht is het prima. De locatie is erg centraal. De kamers waren enorm klein. Onze badkamer had geen goede afzuiging en de deur bij de douche sloot niet goed, waardoor het continu nat was in de badkamer. Doordat de kamer ook enorm klein was, werd het hier ook helemaal nat. Ventileren was geen optie, omdat er voor ons raam continu gerookt werd. Daarnaast hadden we enorm veel last van de voordeur die constant kei hard dicht viel. Incheck is vanaf 15:00. Toen wij om 16:00 aankwamen werd ons verteld dat het mogelijk was dat onze kamer nog niet schoon was. Er was geen housekeeping meer te bekennen, maar schoon was de kamer niet per se. De bedden waren in ieder geval opnieuw opgemaakt. In de tweede kamer die we geboekt hadden rook het bij binnenkomst enorm naar sigarettenrook. De andere kamer rook enorm muf.

- Emily (7/5): Too much money for a small pod, but a good stay. Staff service could be better. - Very clean, good location, there were not too many people in my dorm so it was pretty quiet. If your check-in starts at 15h, perhaps have someone at the check-in desk when a client arrives at 16h30? It was pretty annoying to have to wait for 15 minutes by an empty desk before being helped. Please then also provide check-out instructions at check-in, because I again waited at an empty desk for 10 minutes before being told I only had to drop the key card in the box and leave.

- Renske (3/5): Een keer, nooit weer - Bedden sliepen prima Vieze vlekken op de muren, nog lege flessen op de kamer van de vorige mensen. Geen hoeslaken op het matras. Geen handdoeken om te gebruiken. Wc papier niet bijgevuld. Remspoor in de wc van de vorige mensen. Belachelijk.

- Burguete (1/5): No recomendable, no repetiría. - Amabilidad en recepción. No hay nadie en recepción hasta las 13:00h (no se puede dejar el equipaje antes). El ambiente alrededor es algo extraño, hay gente tirada en el portal y escaleras… Cogimos una noche en una habitación doble privada y, aunque las fotos no parecen gran cosa, la realidad es aún peor: la habitación llena de polvo, manchas y suciedad, paredes agrietadas, no había papel higiénico, ni toallas. Las sábanas (si se pueden llamar sábanas) estaban manchadas, la ducha no tenía alcachofa y también tenía manchas en el suelo (no nos pudimos ni duchar), el lavabo prácticamente no tragaba y no había calefacción (la habitación estaba congelada). Por el mismo precio, hay hoteles o alojamientos con mucho mejor servicio e instalaciones o, al menos, con unos mínimos decentes.
