- Jennifer (1/5): Very rude and accusing staff at the front desk - Close to the hospital The staff was very rude and inconsiderate! I had an issue of blood come upon me in the middle of the night and unfortunately it got into the sheets. Usually, the cleaners and hotel staff, of any hotel, understands issues like this sometimes happen to women and they wash the sheets without saying anything. Not the staff member at the front desk at check out. He was very rude and accusing in his tone. I will admit, I got angry because of his behavior. I will NOT be returning to this establishment, even though I have been a customer here for 3 years. The staff needs to be understanding, especially of women’s issues. Other issues of the room, the sofa was dirty, the lights weren’t working properly and there was no minibar, even though it says it comes with the room. The manager needs to check on the establishment as it’s going downhill!

- Ken (9/5): Great place to stay! Great staff. - Clean rooms and bathrooms. Staff spoke/understood English and were very friendly. One of our pillow cases had a cut in it. Good thing we noticed as we checked in, as there is a 500 baht deposit(per room) in case of damages to the room. We took photos and notified the front desk. When we checked out, we were able to get our full deposit returned no issues.

While it is accessible via public transport, taking a taxi is recommended for convenience and will cost less than 200 Bath from international airport, BKK downtown is also accessible and not too far around 10 min by taxi, overall if you are looking for a good hotel with friendly staff (they are really nice people) and they made my stay very confy not far from the aiport this hotel is definetely recommended, big parking, safe area, 7 eleven close by nothing

Very quiet and relaxing hotel! The only thing I didn't like was the location. It's far (to me) from the downtown area and other areas for exploring, eating, parting, etc. But if you're looking for a place to stay that's totally out the way and peace and quiet, this is definitely the place to stay at. During the day you can get to most places or popular areas within 15-20min by car or motorbike. But during the afternoon and throughout the day and evening be expecting a 45min + travel time.

- Anika (10/5): New hotel, clean room, friendly staff - I stayed for 3 nights and was looking for an accommodation that is nearby my family in this area, and this place is perfect. The hotel is quiet new, the room and entire facility is clean, the staff is very attentive and friendly. I also paid a bit extra to have breakfast included, and everything tastes great. The breakfast selection was good, quite basic but they offer enough selections of fruits, Thai food and basic Western style options. I really enjoy my stay there and will definitely stay there again when I visit my family in Bangkok. The door in the shower could need some improvement, perhaps add a rubber seal at the bottom so the water doesn't splash out. Other than that, nothing to complain about.
