Łukasz (7/5): - The AC unit was leaking - switched on, and after 15 minutes - started dropping water on the floor. Nobody could fix it for the time of the stay (4 days). This is the attic appartment - ant it gets hot during the sunny days. Agreed to get some refund because of this situation. Refund took 2 weeks and communication happened only after putting 2 stars review. You need to have you own toilet paper or soap. Which is not that common - in most places this is provided for such a short time.
