- David (1/5): - Me cancelaron la reserva por algún problema y me avisan el mismo día cuando ya estaba de viaje. En realidad me mandaron un WhatsApp el día anterior de que tenían información importante sobre la reserva, pero no quisieron avisarme a través de WhatsApp ni a través de la plataforma de booking, y tuve que mandar un mail para que me lo dijeran. No me dieron otra opción y me quedé colgado en Madrid y sin piso. Atención al cliente de Booking todo muy confuso. Al final cogí otro apartamento en la zona y booking me compensó la diferencia de precio. Fueron 120€ de más pero no sé si hubieran compensado si fuera mucho más…
