Les chambres sont entièrement équipées avec tous les équipements nécessaires et très bien entretenues. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et professionnel. Je tiens à remercier tous les employés, en particulier Baris 10p, pour leur excellent accueil et pour avoir répondu à tous nos besoins. Je recommande vivement cette hôtel, car plusieurs types de chambres sont disponibles. Merci beaucoup, ce fut un plaisir de séjourner chez vous. Il n’y a pas de service de nettoyage quotidien des chambres.

• CHRIS MATHLOUTHI (6/5): - L'emplacement La télévision ne fonctionnait pas et on a dû réclamer plusieurs fois avant qu'on nous la change au bout de trois jours. Le réfrigérateur ne refroidissait pas. Et il n'y a personne pour faire le lit ni changer les draps. Nous avons passé 7 jours avec les mêmes draps. Le linge de lit n'est pas adapté au matelas xxl. Et enfin le matelas avaient beaucoup de vieilles tâches.

• Hadeya (8/5): Suitable for long stays and close to lively places and transportation. - The location is great less than a minute away from istiklal street by foot, close to public transportation (taksim tünel- tarlabaşı - taksim bus station and metro line 2) and markets. The room is big and well equipped, the staff were super nice and very friendly. We stayed there for 14 nights so it’s very suitable for long stays We had to request room service each time we wanted to clean the room, instead of just regularly showing every morning, the bathroom needed a little fixing.

Some part of the room wasent the best cleaned and also there isn’t room service everyday and it’s only after each other day so the dirt build ups especially when u go in and out the rooms quite often throughout the day . Also the WiFi keep going off which was annoying as we had minimum amount of data but other than that it was a great hotel

• Aleksandra (7/5): Next time I’m in Istanbul, I will come again to that place. - The price was super good. Like oh my God good. I paid for 5 nights what I normally pay for one night in Europe. Location was amazing-city center of Ustanbul, close to metro and tram. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom, shampoo and soap as well. There was a small fridge in the room. The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. I cannot complain on anything.

• Svetlana (8/5): - Небольшая гостиница с винтовой лестницей. Есть лифт. Слышимость в номерах хорошая, но номеров на этаже мало. Окно с видом во внутренний колодец, это достаточно, чтобы проветрить. Номер простой без изысканного ремонта, но большой, чистый, сантехника рабочая, кровать удобная. Удобно расположен в тихой подворотне от Истикляль, в пешей доступности от Таксим. Завтраки отсутствуют, но рядом столовая, где можно вкусно и не дорого поесть. Хорошее место, чтобы забежать переночевать.

• selnick (10/5): - I stayed in a very spacious and airy deluxe double room. As some reviews mentioned, I didn't experience any internet problems. My room was cleaned at all times upon request. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Although I did encounter some issues, they were very kind and dedicated to resolving them; therefore, I wouldn't want you to be influenced by negative reviews and refrain from booking. As someone who travels a lot and stays in hotels in different countries, I can definitely recommend this hotel !!! All was wonderful 👌

• Kankichi Sakurai (1/5): - ホテル選びはもっと慎重に行うべきいうことに気づかせてくれた。 ナイトクラブが隣接されているため早朝まで騒音が酷くとても寝れません。 2泊分の予約と支払いを済ませていたが1泊してチェックアウト。 他の人のレビューをみる限り返金してもらえなさそうなので時間も気力も勿体ないので無駄金になりました。 受付で耳栓でも配ったほうがいいんじゃないでしょうか。 まあ部屋にもよると思いますが耳栓で防げる騒音ではないのでどうしようもないですね。 ベッドに髪の毛が残っておりシーツ交換もしていないでしょう。 同エリアにもっと安いホテルもあるみたいですし、ドミトリーでもいいですからとにかくこのホテルだけは避けたほうがいいんじゃないでしょうか。 このレビューにホテルからどのような返信が来るか楽しみです。

Agua que goteaba en el baño. Paredes de carton, parece que los de la habitacion de alado estan sentados contigo. Se escucha todo. Una discoteca alado con la musica atope hasta las 5 de la mañana que practicamente retumbaba la habitacion. La verdad que me esperaba mas de este hotel.

• Christopher George (7/5): Excellent location and value for money - The hotel is just a good 30 steps to Istiklal. Outaide there are restos and in Istiklal is a whole row of endless wonders and explorations. The room is very affordable. I am a simple traveller. I just need a bed to sleep at and shower to refresh regularly. The location is very good. Truly, value for money. I found their bed to be very small for me. Housekeeping never cleaned my room. The noise from the bars kept me awake at night. A bif of challenge if you need to wake up early the following day.
• Osama (8/5): C’était merveilleux - L’emplacement est excellent, très proche de la rue Istiklal et au cœur de Taksim, ce qui est parfait pour sortir et visiter la ville. Le réceptionniste de nuit était très gentil, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. Quand nous avons demandé des serviettes et des draps, ils nous les ont fournis sans problème. Globalement, nous avons passé un bon séjour et l’hôtel est très pratique si vous voulez être au centre. À notre arrivée, il y avait une coupure d’électricité jusqu’à environ 21h à cause de travaux à l’extérieur (ce n’était pas la faute de l’hôtel, mais ils devraient quand même avoir un groupe électrogène de secours). L’hôtel est entouré de bars et de clubs, donc il peut y avoir du bruit la nuit, pas idéal pour les personnes sensibles au bruit. Le ménage n’est pas passé pendant que nous étions dans la chambre jusqu’à 15h ; normalement, le personnel devrait frapper à la porte pour demander si les clients ont besoin de serviettes, de papier toilette, d’eau ou d’autres choses.

• Jessica (2/5): - We booked a suite, but unfortunately it had nothing to do with what a suite should be. The room was extremely dirty and clearly not cleaned properly from previous guests. We found leftovers and even cigarettes under the sofa, which was very disappointing. The bathroom door would not close properly, there was water leaking from the ceiling, and the air conditioning was not working. Overall, the room was in unacceptable condition. The only positive part of our stay was the reception staff. Both receptionists were very helpful and kind, and they tried to assist us as much as possible. However, when we requested to change rooms due to the poor condition (which was clearly not our fault), the manager told us that the only option was to take two double rooms and pay extra per night. Since we had no alternative, we were forced to book two additional rooms and pay the extra charges. This was extremely disappointing and not what we expected.

Hotelul este foarte murdar, iar personalul de la recepție/ intrare are o atitudine total lipsită de respect — nici măcar nu salută înapoi. Hârtia igienică s-a terminat și nu a fost adusă, iar curățenia în cameră lipsește complet (de fapt, nici nu a intrat nimeni să facă curat). Condițiile sunt sub orice critică. Din păcate, nu recomand acest hotel nimănui.
