- Frederic (7/5): - La chambre est spacieuse et les équipements sont corrects Ne venez pas sans des bouchons d'oreilles efficaces. Entre la proximité de la gare, le passage des voitures et les bars alentours, il y a du bruit de 5h à minuit

- david (1/5): Très décevant – nuisances sonores majeures et confort insuffisant - propreté c'est tou ! Séjour de 3 nuits très décevant, probablement le pire de notre voyage au Japon. Hôtel situé au pied d’un passage à niveau extrêmement bruyant (toutes les 10–15 minutes, jour et nuit), avec signaux sonores et trains → sommeil fortement perturbé. Information insuffisamment explicite lors de la réservation. À cela s’ajoutent : stores non occultants (réveils très matinaux) literie inconfortable (matelas affaissé) sèche-linge non fonctionnel paliers encombrés (question de sécurité) Malgré une propreté correcte, l’ensemble de ces points a fortement dégradé notre séjour. Une compensation commerciale serait justifiée au regard du niveau de désagrément.
- 賴 (10/5): 房間算大也算舒服，只是四樓的廁所在房門外，但平時會鎖起來，房間內會有鑰匙，算個人專屬，離車站走路1分鐘內吧，附近機能也很好，離中野市區很近，走路大概20分鐘而已 -

- キム (10/5): グッド - 思った以上、綺麗でした。 入り口に「こっちがR Innですよー」の看板のようなものがあればもっと探しやすいと考えます。
- TOMOKO (5/5): まぁまぁ - 無人でチェックイン・チェックアウトできたところ 壁が薄いのか窓の建て付けが悪いのか外の声が丸聞こえで会話内容もわかるほどだった。また隣にカラオケ屋さんがあり歌声が聞こえてくるのがきつかった。 TVは備え付けであったが電源ははいるものの何も見れなかった。
