• David (9/5): A great location, a lovely unit. - It was a lovely apartment and had all we needed. The location was just right. The whole complex was exceptionally clean and orderly. The light coming through the curtains in the bedroom made it a little difficult to sleep.
• Henry (10/5): Very nice, comfortable and nice location to stay in the CBD, and walking distance to malls and restaurants. - This hotel is very highly recommended and the owners took great care and thoughtful in everything to make it a great place to stay whilst in Cairns. None to mention. Great value for money and I will return when I have the opportunity to visit Cairns soon.
• Lisa (8/5): Cool place ! - It’s very central. You can do everything by foot easily. The flat was nice but only for two person. We were three and the bunk bed was not ok and very small. The check-in was easy and we really enjoyed our stay here.

• Daniel (10/5): Highly recommended - Excellent facilities and very well located apartment. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa at Grafton and would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere amongst the action within Cairns City. One small dislike was the lighting within the strata complex is on all night and not on a sensor (not the hosts issue) resulting in the main bedroom being lit up most of the night. Addition of a blackout curtain in the main bedroom would remedy this however on only a small bug bear.

• tanya (9/5): Brilliant location and well equipped apartment - Really good location. Just 5 ish to esplanade and pretty near to a supermarket . Easy key pick in via lockbox. Well equipped place with everything you need. Water and chop opiates to welcome you and tea, coffee, sugar. Access to the pool, through the car park was a nice bonus. Sofa bad and sofa not super comfy but we were mainly out so it wasn’t an issue. Bed was great. If there was salt, pepper and a bit of oil that would be really great.

• Tegan (8/5): Lovely - Very nice, tidy and secure space. Homely. It was great overall, in fact I was so deep in holiday mode and relaxation that I got my days wrong and almost didn’t check out in time!
