- Annalisa Verde (4/5): - Durante il soggiorno avvenuto per assistere un ammalato ci é stato chiesto di fare entrare un idraulico per la manutenzione creando disagi nell'organizzazione. Abbiamo inoltre avvisato la struttura che saremmo andati via un giorno in anticipo ma non ci hanno risposto.

- Andrea (7/5): era promettente ma tanti problemi - Posizione, spazio esterno, camere e comodità letti, cucina attrezzata Bagno con vasca idromassaggio non funzionante, doccia con tantissimo calcare e conseguente poca acqua. Tavoletta wc rotta, tanta tanta polvere e in generale poca pulizia. Caldaia non funzionante all'arrivo e messa in opera da me stesso (mancanza pressione acqua circuito).

- Oleksandr (6/5): - Own entrance, clean. Bad location, can't contact the staff, Turk for coffee - this is not a coffee maker, no coffee, no bags for garbage, no washing powder, no dryer etc... Neighbors which play piano to 12pm, neighbors door which closes with so much noise at all people waking up at once.
