The pool water was completely frozen, and there were ice cubes on the carpets in the rooms. The rooms weren't clean, and they only provide one spoon for two people in the room—unacceptable for a 5-star hotel.

• Zehra (6/5): Nice hotel need to change switch staff positions - Hotel is good furniture and location welcome when you arrive was very good beds are very comfortable and clean I want to thank Victor and Rodrick for their professional attitude and good manners when I have a problem their personalities was so gentle their place is to lead and teach other Staff how to deal with the guests and how to manage problems and trying to help When you check in very nice stuff when you check out like is different ppl I had a problem with my car no one care or offer a help or even trying to smile or asking anything no warm or good words the AC in room was extremely cold we couldn’t control it
• Mihhail from Estonia (7/5): - This hotel in Dubai Marina has everything you need including a small gym and a SPA. The breakfast was great too. 20-30 min walk to Jumeirah beach and Bluewaters. The hotel is located right beside Sheikh Zayed Road so it may be quite noisy.

• Xavier (5/5): - Good bedding sheets. So much noise from the late night bar on the 31st floor! Constant pounding noise intil 3am. Then a constant A/C noise from the bathroom which couldn't be turned off from the control. The A/C and light system are also very dated and complicated. You cannot turn off the bathroom A/C noise. It is like the sound of a generator.

Since adjacent rooms were not available Tariq from front office upgraded my room to a bigger one which was huge in size and two bed areas with one large bed and two single bed and two bath rooms. In addition I have an additional room as well which I didn't use since the upgraded room itself was more than enough.

• salem (10/5): مميز - لم أتوقع من إدارة الفندق عند تسجيل الدخول هذه اللفتة الجميلة حيث تمت ترقية حجزي إلى جناح ملكي بشكل مجاني بعد أن قمت بطلب ترقية عبر ارسال رسالة لهم وكانت مفاجأة رائعة أضافت لتجربتي الكثير من السعادة والراحة أشكر طاقم الفندق على حسن الاستقبال والاهتمام بالتفاصيل ويعتبر من الفنادق المميزة في منطقة دبي مارينا ويتميز بموقعه القريب من الممشى والشاطئ إضافة إلى الغرف الأنيقة والخدمات الراقية والأجواء الهادئة المناسبة للاسترخاء والإقامة كما أن بوفيه الإفطار كان مميزًا ومتنوعًا ويضم أطباقًا من المطبخ الهندي وشرق آسيا بالإضافة إلى الخيارات العالمية ومكان البوفيه واسع ومريح كذلك يوفر الفندق مسبحين وصالة رياضية جم وساونا وخدمات مساج متكاملة حتى سمحوا لنا بالمغادرة المتأخرة الساعة 4 العصر ولنا عودة قريبة بإذن اللّٰه تعالى

I just expect the hotel has lake view but its actually only city view. However the lake or canal is just walking distance. The location is near in everything you might need.
