• David (4/5): Very clean and a nice host, but issues with privacy, the bathroom, and amenities. - - Cleanliness & Security: The entire property is extremely clean and feels very safe. - Host: The owner was very friendly and helpful. When our motorcycles got dirty from the rain, he kindly provided cleaning supplies without us even having to ask. - Parking: There is a good, gated parking area (it is a gravel lot, which is just something to keep in mind as a motorcyclist). Food: The quality of the breakfast was okay. Unfortunately, there were many disruptive issues during our stay that severely impacted our comfort: - Lack of Privacy: The layout of the rooms is very poorly designed, as you can look directly into all the rooms opposite yours. In the mornings, the staff cleans right in front of the rooms. - Bathroom Issues: The bathroom door could not be locked due to a mounting issue, is completely unsealed, and blows open whenever there is a draft of wind. Combined with the room layout, this meant that when the door blew open, you could theoretically look from your own toilet straight onto the neighbor's toilet across the way – an absolute dealbreaker. Furthermore, the bathroom floods when showering, the water pressure fluctuates from strong to weak, and there is no ventilation. The bathroom window cannot be tilted; it only opens completely, but doing so makes it hit the rain shower and allows anyone outside to look inside. - Room & Amenities: The overall amenities are poor. The hairdryer is impractically permanently mounted right next to the bed. At night, we were disturbed by a loud fridge, an illuminated minibar, and a room door that periodically makes noises. The TV is extremely laggy (every second button press doesn't register), and the Wi-Fi is so terrible that it takes ages just to load a single website. - Breakfast Service: Unfortunately, there is no buffet. Instead, there are only pre-made set menus, and you are only allowed to choose one fixed menu per person. The service was uncoordinated: our dishes didn't arrive at the same time, and my companion's food was completely forgotten once. - Noise & Outdoors: There was construction noise next door, and dogs in the area were barking. Finally, the pool seemed not to be heated.

• martina (10/5): Soggiorno tranquillo e rilassante - Molto curata nei dettagli, comoda e ben pensata alle necessità dell’ospite. Elegante, amenities e arredo di qualità. Tom è stato super disponibile. Avendo soggiornato fuori stagione, ci ha accolto con i nostri cani con la massima disponibilità. La colazione è stata preparata da lui personalmente; tutto di ottima qualità e livello. La struttura si trova a 2 minuti dalla spiaggia e dai bar/ristoranti sul lungo mare. Ci è piaciuto tutto. Un suggerimento potrebbe essere quello aggiungere qualche pianta davanti ai divanetti esterni per creare maggiore privacy vista la prossimità delle altre stanze e spazi comuni. Come preferenza personale: un cuscino più morbido che, è stato fornito appena richiesto.

• ΙΩΑΝΝΑ (10/5): Η διαμονή μας ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες: καθαριότητα, άνεση και ζεστή φιλοξενία. - Το κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετικό! Το δωμάτιο μίνιμαλ, καλαίσθητο και πεντακάθαρο, με υπέροχο διακριτικό άρωμα σε όλο τον χώρο. Τόσο τα κλινοσκεπάσματα όσο και οι πετσέτες μύριζαν πολύ όμορφα και ήταν άψογα καθαρά με μια αίσθηση φρεσκάδας. Άνετο στρώμα καθώς και τα μαξιλάρια! Το πρωινό υπέροχο, πλούσιο και προσεγμένο, όλα με μεγάλη φροντίδα στην καθαριότητα. Ο κήπος προσεγμένος, και η πισίνα πεντακάθαρη. Γενικά όλο το καταλυμα είχε μοντέρνα αρχιτεκτονική και στυλ που σε χαλαρώνει αμέσως. Λίγα μόνο βήματα για την θάλασσα… αν και προσωπικά δεν θέλαμε να φύγουμε από εκεί! Οι ιδιοκτήτες ευγενέστατοι, φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθουμε!

The hosts Thanasi and Natalia went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. The breakfast served every morning was excellent. The only complaint would be that the pillows were a little uncomfortable.

• Matthias (10/5): Außerplanmäßiger Stopp: Luxuriöse Unterkunft mit extrem freundlichen Mitarbeitenden - Wir hatten nicht geplant hier zu übernachten, benötigten dann aber wegen einer extrem verspäteten Fähre eine Unterkunft für eine Nacht. Die Buchung erledigten wir - für denselben Abend - gegen 18 Uhr an einem Samstag, Ende Oktober. Wir teilten mit, dass wir erst zwischen 21 und 22 Uhr ankommen könnten. Ehrlich gesagt waren wir skeptisch, ob das funktionieren würde. Doch schon wenige Minuten nach Abschluss der Buchung kam eine Nachricht der Unterkunft: „Alles kein Problem, wir warten auf Sie!“ Nachdem wir sehr freundlich empfangen wurden und eingecheckt hatten, verließ der freundliche Mann das Gelände und hatte Feierabend. Die Zimmer in der kleinen Anlage sind stilvoll ausgestattet, sehr sauber, vor jeder der sechs Unterkünfte befindet sich ein mit schönen Holzmöbeln ausgestatteter Sitzplatz, der Pool ist groß und ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Ob der Ort und der Strand es wert sind dort längere Zeit zu bleiben, können wir nicht beurteilen, da wir am nächsten Tag - gut gefrühstückt- weitergereist sind. Für eine außerplanmäßige Übernachtung, war es absolut Topp! Vielen Dank an die freundlichen Menschen vor Ort! Nichts

Very secure parking. Highly recommend. Four night stay. Lovely sandy beach a few minutes walk away. Nothing at all.

Le personnel est sympathique. La zone est complètement morte hors saison. L'hébergement ne devrait pas être proposé en octobre. Une odeur très forte de désinfectant/lessive. Manque d'intimité au niveau des toilettes.

Auch ideal, wenn man mit mehreren Pärchen unterwegs ist. Auch die drei Frückstückoptionen sind gut. Zu Fuß fünf Minuten zum Strand. Tolle Restaurants mit traditionellen Speisen ebenfalls in der Nähe. • Hiske (9/5): Luxe appartement - Hele mooie grote kamer met eigen zitje buiten, direct aan het zwembad. Fijn bed. In totaal 6 kamers. Heerlijk ontbijt en alles heel netjes en nieuw. Aardige gastheer, die zeer zijn best doet om het iedereen naar hun zin te maken. 100 meter van strand met wat strand tenten. Wij waren er begin oktober en seizoen is dan wel over, dus niet alles is meer open. Ook wel beetje vergane glorie maar er wordt veel opgeknapt. In de badkamer is de afvoer van de douche niet heel handig gemaakt, dus nogal natte bedoening. Een trekker om water weg te vegen zou handig zijn. En evt. Een waterkoker om zelf s avonds thee te kunnen maken :-)

• Basil (10/5): - Εξαιρετικό minimal κατάλυμα σε απόσταση αναπνοής από την παραλία της Κουρούτας. Όλα είναι φτιαγμένα με γούστο το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ άνετο και καθαρό και η πισίνα ολοκλήρωσε την καταπληκτική εμπειρία διαμονής.

• Stefan Hugestrand (10/5): Riktig semester - Ett riktigt charmigt, familjedrivet hotell med endast sex rum (skön säng) och eleganta solstolar runt poolen. Frukosten serveras à la carte och personalen är genomgående vänlig och tillmötesgående. Familjen som driver hotellet utstrålar både varm professionalism och härlig humor, vilket gör att man känner sig genuint välkommen. Här infinner sig den äkta semesterkänslan – bara 200 meter från Kouroutas fina sandstrand.
