Avoid on every front: facilities, cleanliness, comfort, staff, value - There is not a single thing that I can say I did like about this booking or experience...atrocious and disgraceful customer service and attitude from the staff, housed at an 'alternative address' at last minute notice before arrival which was a million miles from the standard of room I had booked and paid for, the cleanliness and comfort of the room in general was absolutely disgusting, as well as this applying to the rest of the property, and to finish it off...the water in my room even stopped running and working altogether, preventing me from even showering before I checked-out! Everything! I was housed at an 'alternative address' and only notified of this about 1 hour before arrival. This 'alternative address' was about as far as I could possibly have expected from the standard of room that I had booked and paid for, and throughout my stay, dealing with the staff was an extremely aggravating and unpleasant experience, first refusing to even refund the 'difference' between my original booking and the alternative I had been provided with, and then flatly and rudely refusing to refund my booking in full after all of the other outrageous aspects of my stay as well. The room was disgusting and substandard in terms of cleanliness and hygiene, both my bedsheets and towels smelled damp and musty, the A/C unit was absolutely covered with deeply ingrained dirt and mould, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the crowning glory was all of the running water in my room stopping before I checked out, preventing me from even showering or washing my hands!

- William (1/5): Nightmare - The key didn't have the room # because the previous guest kept the key and they never changed the locks, mind u there is no deadbolt on this door either, like seriously? And nobody answered my calls or texts for so long when I arrived so I had to try and see what room it was with this random key and I ended up going in random rooms, such a scary experience. The bed was hard as a rock and broken legs. The AC makes a terrifying noise every hour like it's cracking open with some animal inside. The shower had no hot water and there is a hole in the corner of the shower so it leaks all over the bathroom floor creating puddles. Enjoy all the mosquitoes and dengue fever while you shower and use this public not private restroom, disgusting. Run as fast as you can away from this place and stay in a hotel for 10$ more a night. Oh and they let me check out an hour late.....only for the cleaning lady to be knocking on my door telling me to check out early haha. Worst experience in a long time

- Melanie (6/5): It was okay, since it’s not that expensive. - It’s near the Phloen Chit Station so the BTS is accessible. Also food stands around the area are a lot! The value for money is good. We stayed at the room near the entrance, but since it’s self check in, there were two times people knocked on our room at midnight (2-5 am) as they were trying to check in too and canmt get the key. Our door lock is also broken.
