• mawa (5/5): Apparemment Sherpherds Bush Market - La localisation est pratique : l’appartement est à seulement deux arrêts de bus de Shepherd’s Bush Market, soit environ 5 à 10 minutes à pied. Le quartier est populaire mais la rue est très calme. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et la cuisine est fonctionnelle. À notre arrivée, le logement n’était pas très propre et nous avons dû refaire le ménage. Il y a deux salles de bain, mais lorsque deux personnes se douchent en même temps, la pression d’eau devient très faible. Nous avons également remarqué plusieurs vis apparentes dans les escaliers, ce qui peut être dangereux. Enfin, la terrasse était remplie d’eau, ce qui est dommage et ne permet pas d’en profiter pleinement. Les murs sont également très fins : nous entendions les voisins du dessous et avons essayé, de notre côté, de faire le moins de bruit possible.

• eliza-neeli (1/5): Don’t stay here. It’s the worse property ever. So dirty and dangerous. Location is somewhat ok with the shops nearby - This property is far from luxury. It was a danger zone for anyone with young children and even adults. All the status has screw in the middle sticking out and has scraped everyone who waked on as this was a daily occurrence. Couldn’t wear just socks as it got stuck on the nail and it was sticking out that much it still hurt. The floor was sooo dirty as all out white white were black on the first day. The bedding was not washed as you can smell the previous person. It was infested with bed bugs in the upstairs bedroom. I woke up with a rash on my face from the smelly dirty pillow. The shower leaked and flooded both bathrooms when in use. There was broken and exposed sockets. Not all even worked. The pullout sofa. Omg. It was stained and there was no covers to put on it. Broken mirror, another hazard that I cut my hand on trying to move it. No airflow in the downstairs bathroom. As the whole property is laminated the neighbours kept banging on the door and walls even if we was just walking around the house late night. Like how is that even anyone’s fault. The neighbours should be aware of a large family with young children. No free parking. The parking is more than your stay so plan properly and the landlord was no help at all. He should not be advertising with this and not making people aware. I would never stay here again. Booking.com has let us down with the H&S issues with this property
• Miguel Angel (7/5): Escapada de 2 familias a Londres - Me gustó que tuviera 4 habitaciones y 2 baños, porque éramos 2 familias. Algo viejas las instalaciones, ventanas y cortinas. No había secador y lo ponía en los servicios. Se lo comunicamos al propietario y no hizo nada. No había perchas en los armarios, con lo que no los pudimos utilizar. Solo 4 rollos de papel para 2 baños y 8 personas, para 4 noches. Solo 6 sillas en el comedor, pocos vasos y cubiertos, no había suficiente para los 8.

The water in the shower didn’t work properly in one of the bathrooms. Horrible smell when we arrived. The apartment did not look how the photos were, very under cleaned. A lock on the door broken, leaving people locked in. Dirty baths. Would not recommend, very unhygienic and unsafe.

• Meihui (1/5): Never back again! - A working fridge No WiFi connection, the upstairs bedroom ceiling looked like it has been leaking for a long time, the upstairs bathroom ceiling is also leaking and bits from the ceiling has been falling off, the floor is very dirty and has lots of dust, the mattresses has been stained, the upstairs electricity has been cut off.

• Stefanie von (1/5): Eine komplette Enttäuschung und wir haben 1000€ verloren, da wir dort nicht bleiben konnten! Keine Antwort vom Vermieter - Nichts Die Wohnung war total dreckig! Nägel kamen aus dem Fußboden, Lamellen vor den Fenstern verknickt, Schimmel an den Wänden, Patio voller Zigarettenstummel, Möbel dreckig und Kühlschrank schmutzig! WLAN hat nicht funktioniert! Vermieter beantwortet keine Fragen! Auf keinen Fall jemals buchen!

W pokojach od strony wschodniej bardzo gorąco rano. Brak klimatyzacji w tych pomieszczeniach był bardzo uciążliwy. W szafach brak wieszaków. Dostaliśmy tylko 7 ręczników dla 8 osób. Mieszkanie jest położone na drugim i trzecim piętrze (dwupoziomowe), więc jest sporo schodów. Ulica cicha, najbliższa okolica spokojna, ale ogólnie niezbyt przyjemna dzielnica.

Our recent family stay at this property was extremely unpleasant. The Wi-Fi was completely non-functional throughout our visit, and the washing machine broke down almost immediately. We attempted multiple times to contact the property owner/manager and received no response whatsoever. After one full day, we were falsely told the washing machine had been repaired — yet no one came to inspect or fix it, and the issue remained unresolved. This level of disregard and dishonesty was incredibly disappointing. The lack of basic amenities, zero accountability, and absence of communication made this one of the worst lodging experiences we’ve ever had. If you're considering booking this place — don’t. Save your time, money, and patience.

• Nash (1/5): Terrible, couldn’t get any worse - Nothing Do no book here. It’s a scam !! I paid for a night, they WhatsApp me telling me the property is under maintenance and I’ll get my refund. I Actually went the property and there was no maintenance, i put the pin in it wasn’t working. I had nowhere to stay that night. When i checked the booking it still says active and actually hasn’t been canceled through booking.com. Do not book with them. They arnt even answering there phone.

• Antonio (8/5): Very good - Great value for money to visit London. Excellent for a group of 7 people with family and friends. The flat has all the minimum requirements for a short visit. Rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The flat is 45 min away by public transport from typical touristic places There was no WiFi and the two TVs did not have any channels.
