Kylie (2/5): If somewhere else is available, probably stay there.... - Location was great, walking distance to trams, southern cross station, coles and other food locations. The apartment had a small dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and a semi stocked kitchen. Information i received prior to check in was long and it was easy to miss the pick up location of the keys. Messages with questions were not responded to quickly, i called the contact number only to be given another number to call. No way finding information was given when i picked up the keys, directions or any of the building facilities. The pool is on level 6 in another building to save you some time. The apartment itself was not cleaned properly, things thrown in the top of cupboards, stains on the carpet and the wall, mould along the window in the front bedroom. Beds were not comfy, the mattresses and pillows could do with an update. The shower leaks and the shower head did not stay up, fan also does not work, so prepare for the whole bathroom to be wet. TV is tiny and does not have any streaming services. Across two providers - we had very little Internet and the wifi was unusable. No check out information was provided apart from where to drop off the keys.
