• Francesca Apa (9/5): - La stanza era essenziale ma pulita con aria condizionata. Abbiamo gradito soprattutto i messaggi giornalieri dello staff su attività da fare in città. Hanno un sito molto carino con un itinerario suggerito di due giorni e tantissimi posti da provare. Assolutamente raccomandato. Le pareti sono molto sottili per cui anche il semplice parlare nella propria stanza dopo le 10 pm può recare disturbo ai vicini.
• Reyslyn (9/5): Overall satisfied and would consider staying again. - This hotel is in a great location, close to the ferry and popular attractions, which is very convenient. The owner was kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. It would be great if a hair dryer could be provided in the room in the future. Nevertheless, it did not affect my overall stay.

• Chloé (5/5): - 住宿位置到想去的那幾個地方都可以步行抵達（初到旅館也是從渡輪站走路過去的），樓下的麵攤開到很晚不用怕沒東西吃。然後雖然隔音不好但住宿方很貼心有提供好用的耳塞喔。 隔音是不存在的🥲房門與入口大門都是使用密碼鎖，薄薄的門板配上密碼鎖的結局就是開關門都會產生無法避免的噪音，無論是一樓還是二樓，只要有人開關門就會聽見，隔壁（左右鄰居）房間講電話或看電視的聲音也聽得見，只能說，祝好運。二樓的公用衛浴有一間的塑膠門鎖是壞掉的要靠自己努力把門卡好，另一間的問題是洗澡容易淹水，然後捲筒衛生紙沒有架子可以放只能躺在水箱上面，很多時候它們都是濕濕的狀態，看起來很可憐，我用起來也覺得自己有點可憐。

• Dana (7/5): Lovely! - Nice location. Everything’s very clean! But it is just a bed in a room. The code entry is on the handle and it’s a digital screen so at first i couldn’t find where to enter the code, but you need to touch the top of the handle to realise it’s part of the handle. This panicked me a bit as I was there without internet, and it was 3am with some people just sitting in the street and I’m a bit anxious as a new solo female traveller. I figured it out though. I wish that was part of the description with photos or something. Also, as it advertises, it is an old business market / converted. So the rooms are separated by walls that are paper thin, and there used to be windows I guess? That are now covered properly but it is the strangest look - just blacked out windows in either side. And because these walls are paper thin, you can hear someone cough or snore or their phones or when they leave their rooms.

• Diana (9/5): Cómodo - Lo mejor del hostel es que está limpio, puedes usar nevera, micro y tostadora y la atención de las personas que lo gestionan. La ubicación también está muy bien, puedes llegar andando a las zonas más visitadas . La habitación no tennia ventana ni luz natural.

• Ainsley (6/5): Nice & helpful but some issues with property - Helpful staff Spacious rooms Very secure Central location The metallic roof means it’s impossible to sleep during rain as it’s amplified. Although air plugs are provided, they do t drown out that noise. In my particular room (8) there was a strong smell of cooking that wasn’t related to the kitchen. This made my clothes smell.

La habitación era súper grande y cómoda y podías pedir housekeeping eso suma un montón! Además. Te dejan pan de bienvenida y hay dispenser de agua fría y caliente todo el tiempo! Lo único es que nos quedaba un poquito lejos el baño porque es muy grande el Hostel pero justo porque teníamos la habitación lejos …
• Martyna (10/5): Great stay! I would reccomend - The apartment is located in a great location. The facilities are simple. It was super clean and so far best accommodation I had in Malaysia on a low budget. The owners were also super nice. When we had an issue they quickly responded, helped and accommodated us. The owner also stepped by to check up on us and gave us a great list of recommendations for Penang. The walls were thin but that was not a big issue

• Lily (8/5): Nice play to stay - Although it's self check-in, the staff via message are very friendly and helpful. I was already staying in town at another place and they let me check-in early which was great. Room is fairly basic but considering the price has what you need. Walls are a bit thin and not all guests respect quiet hours which detracted from the stay. As there are no reception staff on site it wasn't possible to make a complaint about the noise. The rack for clothes in my room didn't have any hangers and when I placed a towel on it came apart at the base. This could just be glued or fixed back together to prevent this.

• Miel (7/5): Good for the price - Very good location!! And very helpfull staff Rooms without window and very thin walls- you can hear everything going on outside of the room. Also the walls are peeling so paint is falling down on the floor. Bathroom was okay with hot water, but some shelves to put your clothes and stuff while showering would be nice
• Keith (10/5): A Short Stay in Georgetown - The room and facilities were clean. For us, earplugs were not necessary but appreciated that they were provided. One of the bathroom hose was leaking. Hopefully the owner can fix it soon.

• Zac (10/5): Exceptional - The location was very convenient as it is close to a lot of local eateries and bus stops that goes places. It is also close to a lot of the main attractions in george town. The room that I had was spacious and what I expected it to be. Bed was comfortable. The showers and toilets are plentiful in numbers albeit a little bit cramped in my opinion. PS: this place is self check in. They do have someone on site and they do send out a text message on whats app about the password for the main door and the room door. Just make sure you get the text message from them prior to your visit here. Communication is prompt and concise. I would just say to be aware of the noise levels. I am a heavy sleeper so it doesn't bother me and during my stay, i felt that we were all very considerate in keeping noise levels to a minimum. However, you can hear through the walls at times.
