• Roelf (6/5): - Comfortable couch Fast internet Superior customer service (especially when we triggered the alarm by accident) See-through curtains (even in bedrooms) which don't block sunlight. AC in living room barely keeps up with the cold weather. Other heating appliances are present but turned off for guests. Not enough kitchen utensils for normal cooking. Leaking shower head. PS: All these things were communicated prior, and will be addressed.
