• Joseph (9/5): - We had an excellent stay. Spotless clean. Quite and peaceful location tucked in the valley - walking distance from Victoria centre and Xlendi bay. Beautiful view to wake up to. And lovely hosts - responsive and welcoming. Only down side that a main road was closed due to roadworks and we had to take a detour by car to arrive, however, hosts were understanding.

• Kacey (9/5): - Property was well sized for a big group most rooms with ensuits. Kitchen was well stocked and location was quiet. We had to buy cleaning supplies such as garbage bags and cleaning spray/rags as place did not have simple supplies to leave property as clean as we would have liked.

• Daphne (2/5): Very poor - The location was very good. The place is very dirty. Our shoes were sticking to the floor with how dirty it was. The dishes were unusable with layers of dirt stuck to them, we had to boil water in a pan as the kettle was worse, and the oven had a terrible smell. We found hair on one of the beds and an overflow in one of the ensuite showers. The sofa had a terrible smell and although the villa is suitable for 10 people, both the dining area and pool area do not fit 10 people.

• Anna (4/5): If not for the unfinished entry and a skip in front of the door, I'd rate this property much higher. - Very comfortable beds, 5 spacious rooms, sufficient bathrooms, small but nice private pool. Smell in front of the entrance coming from an overflowing skip parked literally in front of the entrance. Due to this, we could not enjoy the outdoor area. Also,lack of window nets and the amount of insects ( coming also due to the fault smell of the skip). In addition, no floor towels in the bathrooms and no hairdryer but there would only be bonus features.

• Roberto (3/5): A beautiful farmhouse with potential, but let down by shockingly poor cleanliness - Location is nice . Quiet area . A bit challenging to park. We stayed at this farmhouse over the weekend and were extremely disappointed with the level of cleanliness and basic upkeep. The place was in no condition to welcome guests. Here’s what we encountered: Spider webs in multiple areas Stained bed sheets Dirty dishes and glasses left in the cupboards The BBQ was filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages The hob extractor was so greasy your hands would stick to it No towels in the guest bathrooms — completely unacceptable A shower cubicle was missing a section, making it barely usable When we called the owner, he did respond quickly and brought over new pots and pans, which we appreciated. He also said he would speak with the cleaners — but frankly, the place should never have been rented out in that state. It’s a real shame, because the farmhouse itself has potential. But unless the owner seriously improves the standards of cleanliness and maintenance, I cannot recommend staying here.

• Catherine (9/5): Superb - Cozy living room with enough space for 10 people. All bedrooms are spacious enough. The outdoor area is not big enough for 10 people, but for springtime, it is good enough.
• Crysta (7/5): New build inflexible check-in / out times - The price was great value for money. We were not permitted to spend 24 hours in the property after booking one night. The pool and outdoor space are much smaller than the photos suggest. The pillows were really uncomfortable.

• Natasha (3/5): Cheap but not well looked after - The house itself is large and there is a good amount of parking outside. For the amount of people it can fit it is a low price. Unfortunately, the cleaning is not up to standard. The pool was not usable due to a dead bird inside. We told the owner about it and he removed it, but the pool still was full with feathers so it wasn't hygienic at all. Bbq had not been cleaned. One bathroom hadn't been cleaned at all, but when we reported it the cleaner came. The kitchen had a greasy sticky film everywhere, and the previous tenant's dishes were left out drying which is not very acceptable for a holiday home as they should be put away for the next guests. The beds do not have mattress protectors and the pillows are very cheap and uncomfortable. There is dust under the beds. No bath mats given for the floor. Toilet rolls with only a few sheets left on them were supplied in the bathrooms rather than a new roll. Overall the place in general was a little uncared for unfortunately.
