- Stelios (1/5): Poor especially for the money charged .. - Not sure what I liked because the check in was unnecessarily complicated Could only get the check in instructions a few hours before actually arriving at the property Then the whole rigmarole of having to tap in several codes to get through the front door then to get the keys then to get into the apartment was unnecessary difficult Plus beware of hidden costs that aren’t advertised in advance I booked this place because it had 3 separate sleeping areas only to find that to have extra bedsheets for the sofabed was going to cost an extra £60 … there was no mention or extra charges when the booking was originally made, and it was only after I paid the full amount that I received the booking conditions The owners of the apartment blame booking.com and booking.com blame the owners I’ll never book an apartment from this company again
