- Tyler Hetly (3/5): Location good, apartment not up to standard - The location has its merits, walkable to nice areas within 40 minutes and good bus connections. We also managed to find decent parking nearby for our rental car. There's also a big Lidl store close by. The apartment itself was disappointing for the price. During our stay we encountered cockroaches in both the bathroom and kitchen cupboard, a sewer smell with small flies coming from the drains, and stained couches. The bathroom and kitchen sinks were clogged and broken and only got repaired on day 4 after reporting. The bed sheets were too small for the mattress and came loose constantly. The overall smell and what appears to be a mold problem made us uncomfortable throughout, we kept towels under the bathroom door to block the smell and didn't feel comfortable leaving any bags open. The apartment feels unfinished and poorly maintained. Wouldn't recommend at this price point. A thorough deep clean and proper maintenance would be the minimum needed before hosting guests again.

- Laura (8/5): - Buenísima ubicación, esta perfecto para ir andando tanto a la playa como al centro. Se puede aparcar de manera gratuita en las calles cercanas al apartamento. Las instalaciones están muy bien, es fiel a las fotos Al ser un bajo y tener tanto ventanal (entra mucha luez natural), se escucha el ruido de la gente cuando pasa al lado de la puerta y por las mañanas entra luz. Con unos tapones y un antifaz se soluciona rápido

- Washington (8/5): Se podrían mejorar algunos detalles en el baño. - El alojamiento es amplio y cómodo. La zona de la ducha es incomoda debido a que NO tiene Nada que retenga el agua.
- Russell (10/5): A belter of an apartment - The apartment was clean, comfortable,well laid out and stylish. When we arrived they're were a couple of items,we felt missing. The customer service was impeccable within a couple of hours these items were bought to the apartment, something you don't get such attentive service,that must be applauded. It's in a very good location,bus stops right outside,20 mins walk to the metro.A good selection of shops, restaurants and bars,very close by. Beach is 20 mins walk.We hired Valencia city bikes,an affordable and fun way of seeing the city,which is very cycle friendly. Would we stay again, absolutely it was truly fabulous,and Valencia is a stunning city,with very friendly locals. We noticed,probably due to the heat,the city drains are quite pongy in parts. When we first arrived at the apartment,it had a drain smell,a bit sulphurous. I feel it prudent,to take measures re plug in air freshener or similar this would help. Apart from this no faults.
