Margarete (8/5): The right place to stay in Pavia - Beautiful and clean apartment in the old town. The communication with the host could have been better. Some salt and pepper and hand soap would be convenient. The WiFi password could be changed to an easy one, so you don’t have to tip this long crazy character sequence.
Shalaleh (6/5): Disappointed - The location was perfect. Neighborhood is peaceful and architectural. The flat was quite nice and cozy. I couldn't check-in before 15:00, which means I had to spend time outside, with my luggage. There were no facilities for showering, no shampoo, no shower gel, not even a hand soap in the toilet. No slippers. No plastic bag for trash, no toothpaste, literally nothing. And since the apartment was in the third floor without an elevator, it was so difficult to go out and do the shopping at night. They could have mentioned that, but instead they'd written "there's a welcome kit", which was only a comb an a toothbrush. The towels were washed, but there were some stains on them. In the kitchen, there was no spoon, no fork, no knives. I understand that this was not a bed and breakfast, but they could've put at least a bottle of water.
Reiss (10/5): Exceptional - The location is amazing right next to the river and the beautiful bridge not far from the local shops and more importantly Gelato. I really like it here
