• Piergiorgio (9/5): Ottima scelta per che deve spostarsi e vivere Como senza grandi pretese. - Piccola ma accogliente (eravamo in due) ben dotata di tutti i servizi. La posizione è poco distante dalla stazione, circa 900 metri, perciò molto comoda per gli spostamenti. Per noi che dovevamo recarci ogni giorno a Mendrisio è stata strategica. Molto vicino al l’appartamento c’è un locale, non ho visto bene se un bar o un ristorante. Siamo stati svegliati, verso le 2 di notte, dai discorsi ad alta voce, risa e schiamazzi, di qualche maleducato che non si è posto il problema di disturbare chi dormiva.

• Karolina (10/5): Great place to stay ☺️ - Excellent place to stay ☺️ The apartment is cosy, clean and well prepared for guests arrival. The owners showed us much hospitality. The location is quite near the railway station and not so far from old city centre. You can also reach a supermarket by short walk. The accommodation amenities exceeded our expectations. -

• Srđan (10/5): Come to Como! - Great place! Nice location, just 15 minutes of walking distance to the lake and private parking makes it really easy to reccomend. Host was really nice with timely communication and clear instructions. The place was spotless and had everything you'd need for a pleasant stay. No issues whatsoever!
• Mike (8/5): Prima verblijf in Como - De kwaliteit van het appartement was heel goed. De bedden waren goed. De afstand tot het centrum was beloopbaar. De auto kun je bij het appartement parkeren. Eigenlijk niets dat ons tegenviel. Misschien geen locatie om een week te verblijven, maar een of twee nachten is helemaal prima omdat het appartement in alles voorziet.

• Anonymous (10/5): A clean and comfortable apartment with a stunning view on Basilica di Sant Abbondio - Very clean and comfortable apartment close to the railway station and just 20 min from the city center. The apartment exceeded our expectations. The washing machine was very helpful, as well as 2 air conditioners, as we arrived during the summer heat. Big and comfortable bathroom. We also enjoyed the coffee prepared with coffee machine. A stunning view from the courtyard on the ancient Basilica di Sant'Abbondio. A lovely garden with a coffee table and two chairs for the guests of the apartment. Many thanks for a lovely present - a magnet with a Como Lake! We really enjoyed our stay at Il Portico 41! Everything was perfect

The location is excellent, the home is cozy and well-equipped with everything you could need—whether for a short visit or a longer stay.
