Larry (9/5): Cool bungalow in Carlsbad. - Host was fabulous. Good communication. Nice patio area. Close to the beach. Clean. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Off street parking. Good beach supplies. Use of small space heaters. Outdoor grill should be replaced or cleaned.
