• Christin (10/5): Impressive location. - Absolutely Fantastic location! The beach is literally down the road, the next street is Bangla road and across you can find the Jungceylon Mall. Next door is a 7 eleven, ATM and tour operator booth for booking excursions which was perfect for me as an international tourist. Along the street are countless massage spas, cafes and restaurants. Staff are the most friendly and the rooms were super clean and neat. I stayed with my family for 5 days and we were all immensely impressed. Great value for money. Definitely recommend this place.

• ångkvist (7/5): Ett fräscht och trevligt hotell med bra service, men vissa regler och avsaknad av hiss drar ner helhetsintrycket. - Fräscha och välstädade rum och badrum, skön säng samt väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Reglerna kring besök var väldigt strikta, även för korta besök (ca 5 min) krävdes en avgift på 1000 THB. Det fanns heller ingen hiss, endast trappor, vilket kan vara jobbigt (även om personalen hjälpte till med bagage).

• Ernesto (1/5): - The beach was not far away The hotel is 300 meters from the beach and a little far from Bangla Road. The rooms are very small, and the staff are unfriendly. If you're traveling alone, they charge $30 for each visitor you bring to your room, regardless of the length of your stay, and they charge that amount every time. They have many rules at this hotel designed to squeeze money out of you in every way. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I don't recommend it to anyone. They try to unfairly extract money from you in every way possible.

Belki ilk katta konakladığımız içindi bilmiyorum ancak tüm konaklama boyunca malesef gider kokusuyla yaşamak zorunda kaldık.

Ma molto approssimativa...con viti Arrugginite in Bagno e suppellettili che si stanno gia staccando.... ad ogni doccia si allarga il bagno.... Provato due camere sia al 4 Piano che al 1 Piano...... • orly (9/5): - Le fotografie del sito corrispondevano esattamente a quanto ho trovato, bagno moderno e pulito, il letto grande con materasso comodo reso ancora più confortevole da un topper. La cosa che però ho gradito di più è stata la gentilezza e la professionalità di tutto lo staff, a iniziare da Thaw sempre presente in reception, gentile e molto professionale ad accogliere i turisti e fornire spiegazioni; le ragazze delle pulizie anche loro professionali e gentili come il signore del turno di notte alla reception e il tecnico sempre presente per riparare o risolvere guasti o rotture. Insomma uno staff che fa la differenza in uno hotel L'unica cosa forse è il poco spazio ai lati del letto che limita i movimenti di discesa

Si accede da un vicoletto a fianco al ristorante annesso. Non ci sono stati problemi, la camera è stata pagata come doppia ma ho dormito sempre da solo e nonostante questo ho sempre dovuto chiedere ogni giorno la seconda asciugamano per la doccia. Di giorno la strada è molto rumorosa.

• Veronika (7/5): - The room was very nice and exceeded my expectations. The furniture is new, and everything felt fresh and comfortable. The nearest beach is only a five-minute walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful. At one point a huge bug got into my room, and I was too scared to deal with it myself, but the reception staff helped me quickly. All entertainment and activities are within walking distance, which made the stay very convenient. Things I didn’t like: there is a school nearby, and every weekday around 7–8 a.m. teachers and students started singing very loudly using a microphone. This lasted about 15 minutes, and of course it wakes you up. My room was on the third floor with no elevator. It was very difficult to carry my suitcase upstairs at first, although later I got used to it — it turned into some unexpected daily exercise. During cleaning, all my personal items were simply thrown together into one basket, even though I had arranged them very neatly on the table. They also provided only one clean towel after cleaning. It would have been nice to have at least two — a small one and a large one. At check-in they asked for a 3000 baht deposit, although this was not mentioned anywhere in the booking. Also, Patong Beach itself is not the best — the sea there is quite dirty.
• Irina (10/5): Прекрасно по соотношению цена/качество. Находится в самом центре Патонга. Для людей, которым нужен отель для помытьс - Прекрасная локация, соответствует описанию. Единственное, что не понравилось- это сан узел. Душ при входе, все льется на раковину , унитаз и пол. Не продумано.

• Rachel (6/5): Convenient location, but the noise and unexpected towel charge were a downside. - Good location and easy to get around. The street noise was pretty noticeable at night. The pillows were also thick, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. One issue we had was being told to pay 700 baht for a towel with marks that were likely already there and we didn’t notice, and that could easily be washed out. We never took the towel out of the room either, so that was frustrating. Just something to be aware of when staying here.

Her name is Thaw and she was so kind and nice to me! I was one of those that had to stay back in Phuket because of last minute cancelations that happened because of the war and she really helped me communicate with the embassy and in general she was so empathetic with me. Отель без лифта, персонал помогает с чемоданами. Хорошее место расположение, рядом пляж , торговый центр, кафе рестораны.

• Hanane (10/5): Superbe hôtel ! - L'hôtel, les chambres sont jolies avec un joli mobilier en bois, très jolie salle de bain, eau chaude et pression, wifi rapide si vous devez bosser, ,à 2mns de la plage et 5 mns de tout d'ailleurs. Certes un peu de bruit en début de soirée mais 23h tout s'éteint ou presque donc on peut dormir, très bonne literie, pas trop dure. Big up au staff Thaoo ( la jeune femme de la réception) et le jeune homme égyptien (sorry d to ask for your name) du night shift supers adorables tous les 2 qui vont au delà de leurs responsabilités pour vous rendre service et rendre votre séjour aussi agréable que possible Pas d'ascenseurs mais le cardio revient tre vite 😂

• Jobayed (2/5): Fate attenzione che il pagamento che fate online non mi danno indietro! - La macera e bella! La struttura è carina e l’apparecchiamento in generale mi è piaciuto. Tuttavia, la mia esperienza non è stata del tutto positiva. Al check-in mi è stato richiesto di pagare in contanti lo stesso importo già saldato online, nonostante la prenotazione indicasse che il pagamento sarebbe stato rimborsato. Successivamente ho ricevuto un messaggio in cui mi veniva comunicato che avevo lasciato il letto e le lenzuola sporche e, per questo motivo, mi è stata trattenuta una cauzione. Capisco perfettamente che una piccola quota possa essere richiesta per la lavanderia, ma non mi aspettavo che mi venisse addebitato quasi l’intero importo del soggiorno. Alla fine mi sono ritrovato a pagare circa 6.000 baht invece dei 3.000 previsti, praticamente il doppio. Questa gestione dei costi aggiuntivi non mi è piaciuta e mi ha lasciato con una sensazione negativa, nonostante il resto dell’hotel fosse piacevole.

• anat (8/5): Good for a night or two. - First of all, I would to thank the wonderful guy at the concierge, KARL , who helped us with everything needed, great manners and customer service… he made our stay very comfortable and joyful. The hotel located in a central location, walking distance to Patong beach and Barangaroo’s street… meaning, you’ll still hear the party music till 5am even if your room is at level 4. Keep in mind… THERE IS NO LIFT at this hotel and there are many many stairs to climb up which makes it hard if you have heavy bags. You do get help from the staff to carry your bag. The room was clean & tidy, grea water pressure in the shower and 7/11 is next door to the hotel. Didn’t like the many many stairs to climb up to level 4! Noise till 5am even if stay at the top floor.
• Matthew (5/5): Right in the thick of it. - This is in a very central location and the staff at the counter are incredibly friendly. Being the location is right in the middle of Patong, the noise is not great. Between that and the hard bed, you might have an issue trying to sleep.

Окно номера выходит на стену соседнего здания, буквально в метре. Вечером и ночью шумно (музыка, проезжающие авто)
• Hamit (10/5): Gerçekten 10 puanı hak eden ve temizliğin en üste olduğu harika lokasyonlu otel. - Otel 2025 yılında yenilenmiş ve gerçekten fiyat performans olarak harikaydı diyebilirim. Alt katta kaliteli ve Tayland standartlarının üzerinde bir İtalyan restoranı vardı. Sonra dan otelin sahiplerinin Türk olduğunu ve Patong bölgesinde 4 restaurantlarının olduğunu öğrendik. Eşim ile beraber ziyaret ettik ve gerçekten de tam anlamıyla harikaydı. Tatilimizin son günlerinde burada kaldık. Ancak bir daha ki gelişimizde daha uzun konaklayacağız. Teşekkürler

• Carolina (7/5): - We stayed there during the Christmas season and had a very good experience. This was an emergency stay, as we needed to add two extra days before returning home. Since we had already spent quite a bit of money during a 14-day trip around Phuket, I was concerned about finding a hotel with good value for money. For the price we paid, the hotel met our expectations. The hotel is new, the furniture is new, and everything was clean. The only downside is that the bathroom is extremely small, and when you take a shower, the toilet gets wet as well. There is also no elevator, but the staff member at the reception kindly carried our luggage upstairs without us even needing to ask. Overall, if you are looking for an affordable option and don’t really care about luxury, but want something comfortable and clean, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Location is good, couple of minutes down to the beach, 5-10 to Bangla Rd which means it's a bit quieter than some other options. Was a great price compared to other similar options around it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Internet was very bad, I ended up using a hotspot as the internet was slow and would drop out every 30 seconds or so. Shower had very limited water pressure, especially the hot water. No bedside tables was a pain.

I walked to the beach everyday..it only took 5 min. The staff was very friendly.. smiling snd helping u when u needed it. I extended My stay because I liked to be there and asked for another room on the lower floors. The boss and staff of the hotel helped me move the same Day .. there was No problem with that.

We stayed for 7 nights and no one came to clean the rooms in between and we even booked 2 rooms. We have to ask for fresh towels and toiletries were only provided once. I rated this highly only because the staff and receptionist were extremely nice and helpful. I do appreciate that regardless of the experience in the hotel property itself No daily cleaning and shampoo & conditioner were only provided once upon check in. We have to buy bottles after finishing.
